Charley’s Grill & Spirits

I went to a wedding catered by Charley’s. Between the amazing food and wonderful service, I would highly recommend them for all occasions!

Good portion size, prices were affordable.
Steak bites were not very appetizing, but everything else was good.

Very friendly staff and great food! The servers seemed to be making sure everyone there was satisfied and my mean was delicious. A great place to go have a casual night out before a concert at the arena or a walk at riverfront park!:)

Classic burger– certified Angus beef– awesome! Great servers and warm, friendly atmosphere. Their steak and spud special is the best value on the menu. Good selection of local craft beers and spirits. Definitely will keep coming back!

Staff was very rude. Before I even sat down the gal at the register acted put out that they had to stop what they were doing to deal with customers. Over heard staff complain about there. being

We’be been talking about checking out Charlie’s for more than a few months now. We live within a mile, and drive by it nearly every day. After looking at a few reviews, we had our reserves about what to expect. Tonight, without anything else sounding good, we figured we would give it a try.
We walk in, around 8pm, and it was nearly empty… Warning sign? We sit down at a booth, and get a very warm greeting from the waitress on duty. Looking around, everything was clean and tighty, and a few old timers at the bar.
Our waitress was very kind, and attentive, and we decided to order artichoke dip for an app, a French dip for myself, and a steak for my lady. The dip was GREAT! Very fresh ingredients, and perfectly seasoned. Our meals were also on point. Very surprisingly delicious!
We will definitely be back next time we feel like some good ol fashioned American grub!

Say down here at the bar for 2 or so hours like a genuinely sad person would in Spokane. Bartender got me an extra cup of their very excellent clam chowder because I think she just felt bad that I was at the bar alone on my phone. Honestly, I just wanted to be anywhere but A. The van we were sharing with Shai Hulud or B. The venue we were playing at across the street where white kids were starting fights with one another as if they actually had the capability of harming someone. Get real. Anyway, my hummus plate was great. I’d come back here if I wasn’t ashamed of myself all the time.

We decided to get some food and drinks before the hockey game at the arena and I have to say… I’ve never been there before and was pleasantly surprised. The wait staff was pretty attentive and even asked if we were going to the arena before we ordered… said yes and we got a discount! Two of us ordered draft beers… good and cold. For dinner we split a bunch of stuff: onion rings, quesadilla, steak bites and the club sandwich. All were pretty good but I definitely recommend the steak bites, they were so flavorful! Not my top choice in Spokane but prices were great and good was pretty good… might stop in again if we’re heading to the arena.

Charley’s is a neighborhood eatery, particularly favored for lunch and after work drinks. The steak for two I shared with my husband was the best steak I have ever had.

Charley’s is one of the very best places in town to participate in — or merely watch — good karaōke; some of the city’s top musical theatre actors can be heard singing their hearts out on any given Saturday night. The drinks are cheap-​ish; do not order wine here. Great staff. This is primarily a bar.

Typical greasy spoon sports bar with a slightly out of place «Old Movies/​Film» motif.
Was there for lunch and portions and cost are normal for this kind of place. I had a french dip with fries and it cost less than $ 7 with tax. If you come with a party of 3+ they tend to bring pitchers of tea/​soda/​water to your table. On the one hand it’s nice not to have to wait, on the other the coke tends to go flat over lunch.
Over all you can do worse, but there is one fun thing that sets this place apart. Eric Coleman’s (#26 Atlanta Falcons) mom works here, and she’ll take good care of you.
