Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I’ve been to a handful of different Red Robins but this one is the most memorable. I think it’s the location, it’s in downtown Spokane and nicely decorated inside (TV’s everywhere and the seats are comfy).
I ordered the Whiskey BBQ burger because I’m a huge fan of BBQ and onion rings. It was amazing, totally hit the spot. Obviously, the bottomless fries are a big plus too especially with their secret/​special sauce. You just can’t go wrong.
I’m not sure how things are when they’re busy, but we got our food in a timely manner and the waitress was very friendly. I would definitely come here again — no complaints.

Being a veteran Unilocaler red robin recognized my authority and gave me and my girl a seat as soon as we stepped inside the building. The service was top notch because they knew they wanted those 5 stars. Overall I was pleased and am very satisfied with being a professional Unilocaler

I normally order to go from this location. While it’s always delicious, it’s not always consistent. I usually order the crispy chicken salad. On some nights, the greens mix is completely different than others. When a
burger is ordered I will ask for extra fries to go,(can’t take bottomless fries home) sometimes the box is full, other times there is only a handful. Overall I would recommend. Especially the blue ribbon reccomend!

Blue Ribbon burger every time. Bottomless steak fries are a winner for those who are starving. Reasonably priced and friendly service.

One of my favorite restaurants of its kind. It’s is consistently good and it has options for everyone. The ambiance can get weird and it’s generally loud, but the food is classic American and it stands out against fast food any day. If you’ve never been, it’s a great place to try on one of the down days where it’s cloudy out and you just need that little pick-​me-​up that is unhealthy American food. They do it well.

This was our first time going to red robin together. We were starving, and looking through Unilocal,the bottomless fries won us over. My bf wanted a lot of food, and it was right down the street from where we were. We got in, was seated immediately and our server was friendly. I got the bacon cheeseburger and he got the bleu burger. Our food came out in a timely manner and tasted amazing. The burger was super juicy and fries were fresh. When we were done, our server showed us how to use their new paying tablet located on all the tables and then she was gone. We saw her maybe three times. I felt a little weird… what if we didn’t pay, and just walked out instead? Who would have stopped us. She never came back to see if we needed help or more time. But a side from that, everything was good and filling. Beer is always nice too! :)

Don’t come here to watch local sport games they don’t subscribe to PAC12 channel. Cheap ass management ;-)

It’s a Red Robin, it’s a big one, it has normal Red Robin fare. We were seated promptly, our order taken promptly, however it took maybe 20 – 30 minutes to get our food. Also once we had our food the waitress seem to ignore us, which is weird cause I’m a handsome devil. In the end if you’re downtown and watch endless fries, go here.

Almost 20 minutes from when my order was placed until the food arrived at the table. Hot food was warm. Nothing out of the ordinary except slow service.

Yes it’s fast food but it’s way better than those big chain burger places. I have been to Red Robins all over the country and they have never failed to deliver a decent meal every time. 4 stars simply because it’s a burger joint. It’s not a 5 star gourmet restaurant. I give 5 stars when they are deserved.

Oh geez. Not again. This is the second time I’ve eaten at the downtown location where the dishwasher was broken and supposedly fixed. Dinnerware was greasy and not clean. Last time I ate here I had gotten sick and had major restroom issues as a result of the dirty dishes. I’m keeping my fingers crossed :-/

I went here for dinner last night and it was a decent experience. I was very hungry and just wanted a burger with unlimited fries.
Environment: It is the best and most high class Red Robin, I have ever been to. The location was clean and was slightly upscale. 4.5÷5
Food: Food tasted good, I was hungry and the burger tasted like heaven, it tastes just like any other Red Robins 4.3÷5
Service: Service at the bar was really good and attentive, better than usual. 4.6÷5
Drinks: Drinks were average, nothing special. Seem a little over sweeten. 3.9÷5
Price: For food it was a 4.2÷5 and drinks I give it a 3.5÷5 for what you get.
Overall: A better than average Red Robin experience in a pretty good upscale downtown location. 4.2÷5

Rachel was wonderful as a waitress. She was busy with two sections that the orders came out at once and still made sure to welcome us in and ask if we wanted anything to drink. The food was great and the atmosphere was inviting like the show Cheers

Burgers look delicious. This little hole in the wall seems to be popular despite inability to seat people in a timely manner. Don’t come if you have a group over 4

I have ate at Red Robin at least 125 times in my lifetime. You think I’m exaggerating, but the reality is that I’m not. I went there for lunch today and thought the experience was above average.
There weren’t many people during lunch — which I love since the waiting/​seating time is very short. The waitress was really busy, but she came to my table and let me know she would be right with me. I like it when waiters do that because I know I have been noticed and they are working on getting to me.
She took my order, brought me my food, and even served extra fries and extra sauce within 15 minutes. That’s fast in my book. She checked on me a few times after that and I let her know when I was ready for the check. One of my pet peeves is when I’m brought the check while I’m still eating unless I ask for it.
Great lunch experience.

Chains rarely ever get my vote, but with this place I will get on the boat. There burgers are just plain quality food, I usually leave there in a good mood. Friendly service starts with the hostess, then the waters come giving this chain a hospitality to boast (ess).

Our hostess tried to seat us in the bar area but we insisted on a table in the quieter dining room. We were here for another «Linner», late lunch/​early dinner and Drew provided attentive wait service. We had Artic Cod with steamed broccoli instead of fries, and their Clucks (battered/​fried chicken strips) and Fries. I ordered just a cup of hot water and Drew thoughtfully brought out an additional little cup of lemon wedges. Both the fish and chicken were done nicely, tender core and a crispy shell. Additional fries were quickly brought out when we mentioned that the fries were cool. The side of broccoli was tender and still bright green. However, the last remaining piece in the cup (¾″ dia. stem) had its cut edge facing me, and I noticed that it had very obvious, black mold spots. I showed it to Drew, who offered to get me a refill. I just asked that he share that ugly presentation to the kitchen staff, to maybe trim it before serving? The bill was presented with some cocky statement of, «You didn’t want dessert, did you?»
Would be a 2 but earlier courtesies offered by Drew upped overall rating to 3 stars.

I’m a fan of the flavorful, juicy, and huge whiskey river BBQ burger and endless bottomless fries. As a royalty rewards member (all you do is sign up for free online), I receive a free burger on my birthday and free burger for every 10^th burger purchased. As a member, I’ve received free $ 20 to the restaurant and desserts. Perks are definitely worth signing up for the free rewards. Restaurant is clean and the servers are friendly and quick to assist you. Onion rings, milk shakes, and desserts are delicious.

Not sure what’s up with Ashley, her customer service skills are lacking. I’m a big fan of Red Robin and I know I shouldn’t let this one experience ruin it, but unfortunately I’m pretty sure this is it. I’ll definitely be contacting corporate to fill them in on my experience.
I just tried to order fries while my burger was being cooked, never a problem in the past, and her exact words were «I can’t.» So I decided to wait until my burger came out before having fries, and while ordering my meal I asked for a large side of BUZ sauce and again, she said «I can’t.» I asked her if she was having a bad day and she responded «it’s just policy.»
Finally, fed up with it, I politely let her know I would be canceling my order and walked across the street to have something else.
Shocked and now irritated, I won’t be eating at Red Robin anymore.

For a Red Robin, it’s exactly what I would expect. The burgers are well prepared, the fries are a good blend of crisp and soft, and the beer is cold.
I have definitely found that I receive better service in the bar at this location.
