The food is always good! The customer service not so much! But when I start eating I forget that I wasn’t satisfied with the service! Your lucky that your cooks are doing there job properly! Thank you cooks for satisfied, even when your support staff can’t!

Drive thru took forever. Only gave me one straw for two drinks. I think they forgot I and the rest of the people behind me were in line.

The burgers have gotten way smaller than they used to be but I think this is one of the better Carls Jr. in the area. The location in the Valley has way less ghetto people than the Carl’s Jr. downtown that mixes up orders and gives you cold food. People complaining about the service need to realize how bad working fast food sucks.

My first and only visit to this location was about 7 months ago. I ordered a taco salad. I drove off and didn’t look at it until I got home… On the top of the taco salad box was a huge brown spot. They spilled something on the box, then hastily wiped it off and let it dry. They didn’t want to spend $ 0.25 to make sure a customer had a good experience, instead they took the penny pincher route and lost a potential customer. Some may think this isn’t a big deal, but you have to question a restaurant that reuses boxes that have spilled stuff on it – because what other cleanliness issues do they have?

Wow… just…wow. So I roll into the drive thru at almost 11pm(an hour before closing mind you, on a Friday night) and as the car in front of me pulls forward and I get to the speaker, I hear the guy inside say«Oh F*CK there’s another damn car!». Yup that came through the speaker like a expletive laden kiss just for me. I figure whatever, and give the dude a minute to actually address me. He gives the usual greeting/promo in the most pissed voice I have ever heard from a fast food speaker. I decide to just take my chances and order, so as I open my mouth and say«Hi, can I get a…», he cuts me off by saying«I guess!» in an equally pissed off tone. Now I understand people have bad days, I am no exception, but this is just a tad ridiculous. the irony was I actually just wanted a drink as I had a case of cotton mouth that could drop a horse. He’s lucky my lack of saliva was such, or I might have taught him a few of the bad words that I know myself, instead I just drove through… all the while saying a prayer for the 3 cars that had pulled in behind me. Who knows what ended up in their food. I post this not so much as a culinary review of Carl’s Jr,(haha) but rather in an attempt to get some attention brought to this rude little snot and hopefully help him right out the door of the establishment for good. Working at a drive thru(on a friday night no less) sucks, we all know that. That being said, in today’s economy there are plenty of people who would happily take your place and wear a smile just to be working.

There is a new very perky gal(Jessica) working the drive thru now and not only does she read the order back to me, she invites me to come back — and my order is correct! Yeah!
