This is the worst McDonald’s I have been to. The orders were never as we ordered. The building is old and dirty. The menu is different from other McDonald’s with certain items not in the value menu. Employees are ok but very non-chalant.

It’s a McDonalds. The food is McDonalds food. Enough said. My only issue? The guy cleaning the lobby was really unfriendly and rude. I didn’t see lobby hours posted anywhere, so for him to be so rude about me sitting down at a table that appeared to be open was uncalled for.

I’ve definitely been to better McDonalds before. The first thing I noticed was the outdated look, they have updated somewhat but not completely. Also, the service isn’t fast. Instead, they took forever even though there were more employees than customers. In addition, the prices are ridiculous here compared to most McDonalds. I probably spent more on my burger than I have on entire meals at other McDonalds.

This place is the WORST! I asked the manager for a marker to sign my nephew’s cast before I went back home to another state and she said she didn’t have one. Then she made a sign with one. So I take my nephew back to the counter to ask again and sign it in front of them so they know their precious marker is safe, and after arguing with this b*tch she finally rudely tosses it to me and rolls her eyes. I signed my nephew’s cast and tossed it on the counter. As I turned to go back to our table she tells the employees, «that’s why I don’t let people use my markers.» I couldn’t help myself and told her I was surprised she didn’t care about kids and she shouldn’t be such a b*tch. She then followed me to the play area to ask me if I was leaving and tell me I hit an employee with the marker. Excuse me, I was there, I tossed it on the counter, so unless your employees are on the counter, there’s not a chance. I told her I hope she enjoys her job at McDonald’s and collected the kids and left. So hot stuff manager, I do hope you enjoy your job at glorious McDonalds, you’ll never amount to anything better, its painfully obvious.

This place has come a long way. My orders aren’t wrong anymore. Coffee is much better. Kept cleaner inside. I still want to reach through the window, shake the shoulders of most people working there and say«Do you ever smile, bro?» Really, you are in customer service, you need to at least pretend you are happy people are spending money where you work. I also docked a star because I think McD’s has just gotten too expensive for their own good now. Having said that, I will reiterate they are improving here so I am more likely to frequent this location.

As a whole, I am a supporter of McDonald’s. Because they are the biggest, they seem to take all the negative hits for fast food restaurant chains, but they are reasonably priced, the food is good, and I applaud McDonald’s for their charitable efforts, including the Ronald McDonald House. However, the McDonald’s on Sullivan Road exemplifies all the negative stereotypes you hear about fast food. With the exception of one or two employees, we are often met by people who seem bitter for working there. They are unfriendly, curt, and often seem frustrated if you point out a mistake. Over the past two months, we have been met by the behaviors listed above, drinks, shakes, and coffee drinks that are only halfway filled and nowhere near the top of the cups, and order mess ups. Last night, my wife and I went by and grabbed a sundae. I kid you not, the sundae was only filled halfway to the top of the already small cup. Now, in the whole scheme of things and with all the problems in the world, I know this seems like a first world problem. But since it had happened before, I decided to mention something. The employee took it and give it to another employee and said that he wanted the cup filled. We clearly overheard the other employee say, «You’ve got to be kidding.» When they gave it back, the ice cream was the same amount, and all they did was fill it to the top with more hot fudge. Again, this seems small compared to the whole scheme of things, but it was the last straw after a series of mishaps. It all honesty, most of our visits are met with rude employees. The only exception is one employee who consistently seems to be nice. I don’t know if it is proper to name names, but her name rhymes with Can-Tell. :) My suggestion is to make the trip to either the Liberty Lake Mcdonald’s or the Argonne Road one. Both of those options consistently offer excellent customer service with complete accuracy. In the end, the McDonald’s on Sullivan can easily be turned around and be at the same level as the other two I mentioned. Until then, we will utilize our rights as consumers to avoid them.

We had decent service and food here. Due to my last experience at a McDonalds(not this one), I was praying my order would actually be accurate. Well, my prayers were answered. Hallelujah!

My first visit at this McDonald’s, I was greeted okay, but the cashier could of at least smiled or made me feel welcome. I did not like the fact that their employees were smoking less than 30 feet away from the entrance which is really disgusting because I don’t smoke, plus I believe it’s unprofessional if their employees do that while customers are trying to enjoy a meal. I will probably never visit this McDonald’s location ever again, hopefully they can improve their service. The food was OK, like any other McDonald’s, can’t complain about that.
