So disappointed in the owners behavior an actual hissy fit in front of paying clients. I was made to feel uncomfortable and un welcome. vicki the owner should really be kept behind the scene. Her aggressive behavior is unprofessional and just down right inappropriate. I would not be a member after this experience.

What a great health club! If you’re looking for a variety of classes– this is the place for you! My personal favorite class is spin — Peter is alot of fun, motivating and soulful. My second favorite class is a blast from the past — step class with Jim– lots of moving and grooving! So happy to be back here for the summer– keep up the great work!

LOVE the instructors… don’t love the fact the place smells and there is no fresh air.
