Jessica is AMAZING! Prompt service with a smile. My son got his sports coat altered in under 36 hours. Fitted on Thursday afternoon and his coat alteration was completed by noon that Saturday! We all know how quickly kids grow. Thinking ahead, I requested that she not cut any of the excess material from his suit coat so that any current alterations can be let it out, as needed, in the future. The pleats Jessica created in the back and darts placed in the sleeves were clean. The finished coat didn’t even look as if it was altered. Ecstatic that my growing teen can wear this same suit for at least a few more special occasions. Jessica did what no one else could promise & her services were half the price of what local competitors were demanding for a rush job. We were so pleased with the end results. We’ll definitely return to Jessica for our future alterations.

My BF brought a white down comforter to dry clean. There was only one little stain he wanted out. It was time to pick it up on Friday – the same day his parents were coming into town to visit which is why he had them washed for when they stay over. He came home with them and we opened the bag and saw the white comforter DIRTY. It was never even dirty in the first place; it was just one stain we wanted out. Some of the stitching even came out straggly, and the stitches were now dirty gray from the dry cleaners. We drive back because we paid $ 40 for it only to come back in a worse condition. As we arrive and show her, she looks at us and tells us «It came like that.» And we explained to her that it was never dirty. It was only one stain. And then she says«It’s because your blanket dirty so it came from your blanket while it was washing.» This just blew my mind… A dry cleaner is supposed to CLEAN. So it doesn’t make sense for her to say it’s from my blanket. Even if it was(which it wasn’t), it’s still their job to get it clean! But instead it was in worse condition and we almost had to buy a new one! But instead we bought a duvet cover for it. Any who, we ask for a refund and she definitely doesn’t want to, even when we explained and showed her what she did was worse than it ever was. We had to keep bargaining as she’d only give us half of what we paid back. I was still flipping the fck out because she doesn’t understand customer service. No one wants to pay for a service you never received. It didn’t even smell nice! Anyway, she finally barged at about $ 30. My BF was getting mad and had things to do so we just took the $ 30. We really should’ve received a full refund. All in all, be aware that your clothes/blankets/whatever it is, has a chance of coming back worse than it was before, and they will try to blame it on you. We received no apology. That is the end of my dry cleaner experience.
