Brentwood Chiropractic

Dr. Patel and the staff at Brentwood Chiropractic were nothing but awesome to me. I was involved in a car accident that left me with such severe back pain, and painkillers from my regular doctor were making me sick to my stomach. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was very skeptical at first. After going to see Dr. Patel for treatments, I am now a believer in chiropractic care! I was so tired of being in pain all the time, and I truly thank Dr. Patel for helping me feel better. He was accommodating with my work schedule, and made the whole process easy for me. He’s also super friendly and kind. I will definitely go back to him anytime I need an adjustment!

Thanks for your help Dr. P some of the best help for my back pain totally feeling better now. And to those who leave bad reviews tell them to up the treatment it is a good kinda hurt!

This place is a serious joke.
I don’t know where this guy got his certification, but he is no doctor. That would imply that he went to traditional accredited medical school for many years. They must give anyone with arms and legs a certification to be a chiropractor…
This «doctor» Patel tried to tell me I still «owed» him $ 2k, despite settling a $ 4200 bill that I apparently racked up. He agreed to settle $ 4200 from accepting a check from my lawyer for $ 2k to satisfy the bill. You’d think that would be the last I’d hear from this pathetic «doctor» but nope! This office doesnt give 2 shits about the people who come in there. They only care about the money thy can get from them.
He kept telling me I needed to come to his office so he could fraudulently create paperwork to show that I had «paid» for this $ 4200 bill so I could get a check written out from my HRA and he wanted to split the $ 4200 with me.
The only reason why he stopped harassing me was because my lawyer told him to top harassing me and that I had no legal obligation to pay him anything else, finally realized there was no legal repercussions he could have on me if I didn’t pay this $ 2k that was «owed» and could not legally pursue me for this amount, he texts me «I’m going to let it go»…
LOL oh this guy. Hilarious how he thought I was going to pay him an extra $ 2k.

I was referred to Dr. Patel’s office by a friend a couple years ago. The staff and Dr. s are very well educated and have a excellent way of making you feel comfortable when you are stressed out.
The staff members are very professional and very outgoing.
If you need anything that has to deal with chiropractors he would be the man to help you out.

I came here because my regular chiropractor was out of town. Boy did I ever make a mistake. Ever been to a used car dealer? You’ll feel just the same. The «professionals» here are out to just get you money. Trust me, I know how the billing and services go. You get billed by the services regardless of quality or quantity (time spent) on you and they milk this like crazy. Electrostimulation (like 5 minutes with 4 probes), unlike my regular (15 minutes with as many probes as needed… frequently, I have like 8 or 10). Manipulation was quick and inaccurate. Spent maybe 10 minutes tops here andc ame out still feeling tightness and pain. Got the bill and got charged for every little item you can think of (thank goodness for insurance). Went back to my regular chiropractor (Dr. Patrick Cheng), and what a difference. Took time to check and manipulate. Spent 45 minutes there and came out feeling great. So bottom line, don’t come here… you’ll be frustrated.

I can’t believe this place is still allowed to be in business? It’s only a matter of time when this place plumits and has to call it quits. Definitely not recommended… the chiropractors in this office are not here to help you, only to take money from you.
