La Bouquetiere

I ordered an item from this company almost 1 month ago. Got the order number in my email, and have yet to receive anything. I have called them several times and you can not get a human on the phone. Their recording says they will call you back promptly and I have never heard back from them. Beware! I have almost given up hope that they will call or that I will get my items.

This place has the best hand and body lotion that I have ever used. I love the variety they offer. My favorite is the Emotional Celeste. I have used the Rose, Tuberose and several others. All of them are rich fragrance and you only need a little bit to moisturize your body. I have also used their bath soap which is excellent. After using their products for 5 years I finally visited the place in So. San Francisco. The gentleman was very friendly and very welcoming. He was gracious and did not push anything on me which I greatly appreciated. I bought lotion for the entire year and to give as gifts since they were 50% off ($ 24) for a plastic bottle. Slightly more for a metallic pump.

The body washes and lotions are beyond compare — high quality and amazing fragrances. Something for every taste. I personally tend to gravitate toward the «woody» scents but pamplemousse vanille is one of my all-​time favorites! If you have the opportunity to visit their warehouse, it is well worth the trip. Mario is absolutely delightful — he and his staff couldn’t be more helpful. Lifetime fan!

A friend bought me a lotion reve passional. That was all it took to get me hooked! I then realized that they had liquid laundry detergent to match the smell of their lotion. Now I can sleep in and wear the smells I love so much! The quality is amazing and I was very surprised that only two small capfuls of detergent actually worked in a whole load of clothes. I just bought their rice powder with the Powderpuff yesterday. I am in love! I am hooked for life. Thank you thank you thank you! Please don’t ever discontinue any of my favorite smells please.

They are like heaven to my nose
The only thing I was a little disappointed in was when I sent them an email asking for some samples of a few smells I was interested in and no one ever contacted me back. That was a little disappointing but, Their products are so amazing I still have to give it five stars!

Product is very good. I’ve ordered several times from them. From two orders, two bottles had pumps that would not work. Called and got the owner on line. I became overly defensive as he reacted negatively and pompously. He said that he would send two new pumps, but would not take my address over the phone and insisted that I send my address to his email address. Product is to expensive to have poor customer service skills or the owner to act insulted.

Oh my! If you haven’t tried these products you have no idea what you are missing! Unbelievably luxurious scents and the most gorgeous packaging. To date, I have only ordered by mail but when I discovered they were in So. SF – immediately put them on my «have to go to» list. Their products are not only «me» products but beautiful gifts. Yes – it’s only July but La Bouquetiere products will be my gift of choice for friends and family during the holidays.

This place is an absolute gem. They handle all sorts of high end body and bath care products as well as laundry products, candles, fragrances, loose teas, and more.
The body, bath care and laundry products are French. French linen water, fabric softener and laundry powder for example, in scents like Lily of the Valley, Essence of Violets and Jasmine. The body washes have names like «Embarass Moi» and Fleur Nuit. There are also scented DISH soaps in Basil, Lavender and more. The lovely packaging for these products is worth the price of admission-​very pretty color drawings.
Did I mention the ribbons? Dozens of beautiful choices, just the thing for gift wrapping.
