This Walgreens pharmacy has to be the slowest pharmacy in all of San Francisco, South San Francisco, Daly City and all surrounding cities. I have never in my entire life seen a pharmacy operate the way this one does. I mean how long does it take to pick up a prescription made hours in advance. I thought drive thru was supposed to make faster and more convenient, not slower and more of a hassle.

Worst pharmacy ever! Was in the drive through for Half an Hour waiting. They don’t greet you or nothing. This is the second time that I have to get out of my car to go inside for my prescription. Avoid this pharmacy!

They have HORRIBLE customer service. I went during the evening to buy baby food. I needed a tub of Enfamil(locked up), I went and pressed the call button. Three times it rang and no one was helping us. Not even the supervisors! Then the cosmetic girl went over and stopped the button and told me to wait while she continues to ring up(I don’t understand why she couldn’t unlock it there and then?!) A couple minutes later she comes by and FINALLY opened it for me. Anyway, I so happened to know how to coupon and save my points. I also had Enfamil checks and she didn’t know how to use it.(Note: she’s so rude and literally looks like she dgaf about life or anybody surrounding her) She called her manager and waited a couple more minutes, I glanced to my left and saw a supervisor putting on tags. ‘Uhhh? Aren’t you going to help her?’ Anyway, she finally saw her and called her over and taught her how to process a check. My total came out to be $ 2+ and they were like«wow she only paid $ 2»(in Tagalog). She said it in a way like I robbed them. Wtf lol suck for u, u don’t know how to save or coupon I said in my head lol

After Pacifica Walgreens sent us to South San Francisco(see that review) We arrived with our sick child, looking to get his medicine. They confined they had the prescription, however due to technical difficulties, they could not fill the prescription. The sent us to Westburough pharmacy. Do you think they called Westburough to see if they were having issues? No they did not… See their review.

This review is mostly for the PHARMACY department. I come here to pick up my prescription and every time I call in, I’m always on hold for about 15 – 20 minutes. Why is that? Because there’s ALWAYS a long line at the pharmacy no matter what. If you drop in, you’re gonna have to wait in line for maybe like 10 – 15 minutes(depending on how long it is) for them to tell you that they need 10 – 15 minutes to have your prescription ready for pick up. You’re better off calling in even though the wait time is similar. I called in today to make sure my prescription was ready by the time I got there. They said 15 – 20 minutes and when I got there 30 minutes later and waited in line, they told me that my prescription was still pending. But I called 20 minutes ago, how was it NOT ready? Nobody likes being given a pick-up time and finding out there’s nothing to pick up and that I have to wait about 10 – 15 more minutes to get it ready. I called in to avoid this and I was told I still had to wait? I did not want to wait again in line after 10 people. so I was like, whatever, let me just come back later. Besides that, the location is in the new Westborough Plaza where parking can be difficult to find! For the pharmacy, I’d give this a 2 stars.

Wow what is happening to our world?! Customer service is at a all time low. The pharmacy staff is super rude. Not once has any of my prescriptions been on time, and not so much as a please or thank you from these people. I think I’m going to take my business to a smaller pharmacy enough is enough.

I was there this afternoon of 1÷26÷16, this irate customer was treating the pharmacy crew pretty abruptly but they maintained and kept a smile and was courteous when I came to my turn they treated me like gold I was so impressed that I went out and got them a box of See’s Candies And on top of what the crew does everyday is impressive there is another called Mary Beth who i’ve nicknamed The Flash!!! or Little Speed Demon she is constantly running She is Tops, you all have earned a loyal customer!!!

Although the website now allows you to order a cd with up to 500 photos on it when checking out it charges an additional charge for each cd. We have nearly 850 photos which required 2 separate orders and instead of 6.99 per cd they were now $ 34.00. I can’t believe the website is so bad as you have to create different orders for each cd order over 500 photos. This store assured us they could burn the cds. We went to the store and they said they could not burn CD’s.

Have to give yet another review of this place. Reluctantly, renewed a prescription. Used their phone automated service at 3am to have medication ready by 9am. Came at 7pm. Prescription not ready. Apparently, automated service does not work. How would I know that? Why have it then?

This store has no indication at all when you drive park and go into the store that it is being remodeled inside. No signs indicating the over powering glue smell or all the aisles that are blocked off and you can’t get to. The construction men look at you like your fresh meat too not very professional. I had to get some over the counter medicine and couldn’t get to it so I ended up leaving and suffering until I could get to another walgreen’s. Will never go there again.

Horrible service. Customer service is everyone else’s problem sending the customer chasing down someone else and when they see you coming, they go inside employee only areas to hide. When u talk to them, its walk and talk because they busy yo. If walgreens want a chance to stay relevant, don’t lose sight of the customer. Learn from all those that are no longer on the market. I talked to 3 very incompetent workers here tonight, one of which claims to be a manager. Sigh

I don’t really want to give a star count on this one. I basically just want to point out that it’s always understaffed. Lines are always out the door to checkout. This is at all times of the day too. You can’t ever just«run in» because there’s usually only one person at the multiple empty registers. That always annoys me.

This Walgreens SUCKS! Slow service if at all! LOOOOOOOOOOOOONGLINES at the front w/only ONE register open. Picking up your RX. Forget it, at this Walgreens. You’ll DIEWAITINGFORIT! Call it in at 8am. 8pm STILLNOTREADYFORPICKUP! Because the pharmacist is on a break! Can’t even give this joint one half of one half of one star! Go to West Borough location instead!

One of the worse things a pharmacy can be is understaffed and having to wait in a long line to get your medicine. So that I can clarify this it wasn’t at the actual pharmacy counter I’m talking about the regular check out counter. How do you have only 1 person working on a weekend day? Ridiculous!

Well there’s not much to say about this Walgreens except that it’s the closest one to my place and work and this is where I pick up my prescriptions. This spot does have long lines build up from time to time, it really just depends on what time of day you come by. They do have a drive-thru window to pick up your prescriptions but I still haven’t used it yet. Personally I would rather just pick up at the counter. The workers at the pharmacy are pretty friendly and do their job very well. Overall, it’s a very convenient location.

Don’t use Walgreens for your photos. Just go to Costco instead. 1hr photo isn’t truly one hour, try 8hrs. And on top of that, I had to cancel and send to another Walgreens in San Bruno, where they were also delayed past one hour.

Bad service, but this place is open 24-hours and is always there when you need it(or when the lines at Target just feel like they’re going to be a bit too long so the extra dollar you spend on each item you buy may be worth it). One night I ended up searching/shouting out for help for about 10 minutes(a few other people joined me). The old Filipino lady was very apologetic, but she is kind of quirky. She has sang to me or to herself during multiple occassions at the cash register. They also never tell you which line only accepts cash(the register closest to the door usually has the working credit card machine), so you end up waiting a bit longer than you should. And yes, the people who come here in the middle of the night for anything other than medicine, are weird. The lines can get long, so with the weirdos in line and the singing-cashier, you’re in for quite the experience.
