Colombo Liquors

I’ve lived in this neighborhood for years and this store has always gotten good reviews from the locals. It’s been under countless changes in management over the years… But it’s always been pretty good. Hopefully, they’ll have the ATM machine working reliably for the first time.
The guys there are always friendly, is clean and are good about getting police out there when there is loitering. It’s a corner store and i know they’re not going to have great quality stuff… But I’m a bit of a nit-​picker on that and I wish they would do better…

If you have those pesky P.E.T.A protestors outside your store, blind fold them, and drop them off inside Colombo Liquor!
This place has stuffed birds, bear rugs, and fish all over their walls! A true men’s liquor store. The have all your usual spirits, vodka, tequila, gin, and rum. The have some sweet specials sometimes, but the only reason I come back is because it is the only liquor store that sells Potters Vodka.
Long story short, I was going to watch Harry Potter, and sticking with the theme I got a bottle of this. $ 8.99 for a litter of vodka, not bad considering I wake up great the next day! So, if you’re in the South City area, stop buy and pick up a bottle and give it a try, or for those into taxidermy, take a look at their displays.
Or just bring one of those P.E.T.A. person and watch them freak out and cry !
