First of all, this place has a different name now but at the moment it escapes me. Second, I really wanted to like this place after reading all of the reviews but I got SOSICK from it. They definitely use MSG in their food because about a half hour after I finished my meal I got really sweaty and nauseous and I went to bed STARVING even tho I had a whole meal. If you are affected by MSGAVOIDTHISPLACE

Not very appetizing. The place is danky and the service staff is half-asleep with barely audible words spoken. Seriously, don’t try to get fast Chinese food in Tahoe, just give-up, it’s not going to happen.

Went here since it was walking distance from the motel I’m staying at. The prices are nice, service was quick and the guy behind the counter was really friendly. I originally ordered the 1 dish combo of orange chicken & fried rice but the guy behind the counter talked me into getting two items in which i decided to add chow mien all for only $ 7.24. The orange chicken and the chow mien was yum. The rice was good once i added soy sauce.

Absolutely the worst chinese food I’ve ever had. It was like four day old Panda Express. Super greasy and old. I’ll never go back. Ever.

I was referred to this place by a local supermarket worker that was serving chinese food at the PW Market. I was glad I took his advice. I would give this place 3 ½ stars if I could. Courteous employees. Will probably visit again. The prices were very good.

AMAZINGFOOD! I was looking for a fast and halfway descent Chinese food restaurant. Not knowing when I called and ordered from QQ that it was going to be great. For the price you get a huge portion that should cost way more then it does. If you are looking for great food fast and at a great price you have found the place

It’s Chinese fast food but very authentic taste. Maybe the best Chinese fast food and South Lake Tahoe. They also cook different fishes from the menu depend on what you want to order and taste like fine dine in restaurant. No greasy and feel bloated like Panda Express at all. Services are nice and honest. Recommended for everyone especially when you take vacation up there and there’s no such good Chinese good.

I’m almost embarrassed to write a review about this place because it clearly highlights my weak spot(which I seldom exploit) — Chinese fast food places. Oh so greasy but oh so tasty. Like LT used to say, «This stuff must be laced with crack. Otherwise, why would it be so addicting?» Well, cracks aplenty here my friend. My favorite is the fried rice(brown rice by the look of it — so I can claim that I am being ‘healthy’) and the black pepper chicken(OR shall I say black pepper crack). The hot and sour soup is just okay. Don’t judge a book by its cover. No, I don’t mean the restaurant; I meant myself. Just because I look Chinese and actually am Chinese, doesn’t mean that I prefer authentic Chinese food. The stuff that QQ serves up is what I prefer. Actually, it’s better than the«gourmet» Chinese restaurant down the block where the food is way too greasy. Can’t wait to go back again and shoot up some of that yumminess…

The food isn’t amazing, but it is fast food Chinese so it isn’t going to be. The price is really good, the staff is friendly and the coconut shrimp is awesome. Over all a good place to go when you don’t want to drive to Carson to get Panda Express.

Cheap, easy, fast. Higher quality than most«fast food» chinese. Never had anything here that was«eww», in fact most of the food we’ve had has bee«yum!»(for what it is). Guy who always seems to be manning the counter is old-school(blunt & straight to the point), which I love. And they made me a fresh batch of Chicken Fried Rice as they were closing. Because I was pregnant. THAT is some customer service y’alls.

The special order food is amazingly good and reasonably priced. I picked up a tray of broccoli beef so I wouldn’t have to cook. It was great, and the customer service was also very good.

My husband and I love going to QQ. It’s a cheap and easy dinner that tastes great. They give you so much food for $ 5.25 that it usually turns into two meals for me. I love the shrimp, orange chicken, and beef and broccoli, but most everything there is very good.

For a city with limitations of how many fast food franchises they can have, this is our local option for a $ 5 Panda Express style plate. The food comes out glistening with grease. They come with a Lake Tahoe price tag, but they deserve thumbs up for having fast delivery. Their orange chicken and chow mein are pretty decent, and their mayonnaise shrimps are the epitome of Americanized Chinese food: sweet, fried, and probably should be dubbed sweetened condensed milk shrimps.

Not bad for Tahoe. We ordered off the menu and was surprise on the large portion. Everything was great except for the orange chicken which was pretty tough, which we will avoid next time.

food was better than panda express although the place was small and really quite. anyway, we only went once, and too bad it was our last day at tahoe so we never had the chance to go back. prices are cheap for good food, great service and very clean restroom. yummy lobster roll! panda express should start making some ^_^

The food definitely looks appetizing and the price is fabulous but the taste… wasn’t there for me. Probably the first time I had to FORCE myself to eat chinese food. But you ask… why the three stars if the food was not so great? AWESOME customer service. It made up for the less than mediokre food. But hey, what do you expect when they make food in bulk?

Cheap Chinese food+delivery+affordable price=a local favorite for twenty-somethings and early thirty-somethings. When you got like $ 25 and 6 hungry people after a day of riding or a nite of partying, this place fills the spot. Not a chow mein fan, i have to admit it is filling. The orange chicken is on point also. Enough food on one combo to feed two people or have leftovers, this place bangs your buck! You want cheap, yummy food delivered to your door? Check this place out.

I’m from the SF area and have had some awesome chinese food. I have yet to be impressed with the choices here in Tahoe since I moved here 13 years ago. I have to say that as far as «fast food chinese» goes, this place is pretty good. I’ve tried the mushroom chicken, broccolli beef and chow mein. Not as flavorful as I like but a good amount of food for the price(2 entrée combo $ 5.25). It was definately fast and fresh. Good service too. I look forward to trying more items from the take out menu. Oh… and they deliver too! Definately a plus, albeit only in a 5 mile radius(it IS a small town) and for orders over $ 25.
