Klein Keith Architect

We purchased a piece of property in South Lake Tahoe, that came with plans that did not work for our family, but we had to start building soon, in order to keep our permit alive, and not have to pay for permits all over again!
We interviewed 4 local architects, and chose Keith for his good nature, skill, sense of style, concern for construction budget, and his varied style of architecture.
We went around to houses he had designed, and the one thing that stood out was; they all were so different, definitely not a cookie-​cutter guy.
The final plans were very close to what I had sketched out, basically he just made my idea work structurally!
He also was good with working with the local building department, and TRPA, and was good at thinking out of the box, to come up with creative solutions to complex situations, common here in the basin with all our regulatory encumberments.
