This place was recommended to us by a friend in Twain Harte for new carpet and flooring for our vacation home there. We found the salesperson to be uninspiring and surprisingly lacking in information about the products. We borrowed a sample to check at home, and when we went in to return in, the lady at the desk just said «put it over there» and went back to her phone call. Didn’t ask us if we needed any other help or how we liked it. We high-tailed it over to Abbey Carpet and got exactly what we were looking for and all the information we had wanted. We won’t be back.

A couple of years ago I had Pinnell’s of Sonora install hardwood flooring in my kitchen and dining room. I was very impressed by their service, price and installation. Three weeks ago I was finally ready to have a hardwood floor replace the carpeting in my living room and so I returned to Pinnell’s. Again, I experienced the same friendly sales person (Sharon), and she quickly found my previous order and was able to match my existing hardwood. Two weeks later, Ryan (who had done a wonderful job installing my kitchen and dining room) arrived at my house and very quickly, neatly and efficiently installed my beautiful new floor. I would definitely recommend Pinnell’s to anyone who wants personalized service, quality and competitive prices.
