Jacob (the owner) scheduled a Saturday appointment to repair my heater. There was no extra charge for a weekend service call. He came during the scheduled time and spent well over an hour troubleshooting and fixing my heater. I was very pleased and surprised with how reasonable his price was. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Everything was fixed with the guarantee if there any other problems he would return to troubleshoot at no extra charge. He went the extra mile to look at my ducting and the system and provided some valuable advice for efficiency. Being new to the Gold Country area, he will be my HVAC serviceman from here on out! I highly recommend him!

Jacob was great. We had an issue with our AC unit on a scorcher of a Sunday, and I called that morning. He was able to fit in a visit prior to his scheduled calls. He arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. All the while he was professional and friendly. Great experience overall. I will not hesitate to call again.
As a bonus, he instantly earned the trust of the family dog. She followed him around and took great interest in his work. When I saw that I knew we were in good hands.
