Just ordered a hot mocha, gotta ask these girls to STIR the drink before handing to customer… mine had an inch of choc syrup at the bottom… a simple stir is all it takes, the place was not busy, no excuse for a $ 5 drink. Disappointing.

Good service. .good coffee… but what really bothers me is every night i come into this starbucks around 800 –830 i notice certain staff that work on that night will always take all the food out of the display, except for a few pastries… and willl also turn off the oven at around 8:45. This starbucks does not close until 10:00. Who do we complain about this? It has happened several times!

This is the first Starbucks I’ve ever been to that doesn’t seem to really care about getting you your drink quickly. The staff is very friendly, they often hold wonderful conversations with long time patrons that they know. This isn’t the Starbucks to pop into if you only have a couple minutes, this is more of a 10 – 20 minute wait one.

Nice convenient location in Sonoma. Great service and care is put into each beverage. Can’t complain since I’m not a coffee connoisseur and never had an issue with any of the Starbucks locations. Comfortable furniture and a nice place to read briefly and unwind. I like the streamlined clean look. Starbucks is like the Disney Land of coffeeshop chains; perfect for the family contrasting local moody unsettling indie hipster coffee shops full of pot smoke. I enjoy both experiences; going to either depending which one is more convenient for me. Perhaps consistently, you cant go wrong with Starbucks?

Good and a typical Starbucks. However the line is always long and the staff doesn’t try to hurry at all. It’s the only Starbucks in the area so they don’t have much to compete against.

This is a nice SB. Kind of small. But the people are all very nice and it is always mellow and laid back inside. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is quick to smile and quick to get your drink. The parking lot is challenging. One way this way and that and stop signs that people ignore. But the SB themselves… lovely!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks since they’ve opened. There was a group of employees that were nice, made my drinks well, and made them quickly. The past 3 months some of these girls had left. And every time I’m in there its slow and full of new workers. I think I’m done for awhile. Going to Peets and Dutch Brothers.

Something has gone wrong at this Starbucks location over the last several months. Understaffed during busiest times, entire staff and management change with employees seeming not to care. Staff talking inappropriately amongst themselves while assisting customers. Poor management is responsible for this. I want my old Starbucks back!

This place is great if you want the girls to inappropriately hit on your boyfriend who just happens to be there getting a drink for his girlfriend.

This is a strange review because I’m reviewing the awkward treatment I received from staff who weren’t even on duty. Weird, right? Ironically, I praised this Starbucks location in a reference in another review earlier today, and then went there tonight and had a crappy experience. It appears to be one of those situations in which the people who work at an establishment feel way too comfortable there and spend too much time there even when it’s not their shift; sort of like a bar at which the off-the-clock wait staff hang out and get drunk too often, thereby diminishing the appeal of the place for outsiders. So, I went in to this Starbucks at 7 p.m. and ordered a green iced tea, which was fine. The staff on duty were friendly enough. I sat in the corner nearest the exit door sipping my tea and catching up on some work. Two girls came in, walking back and forth throughout the store, talking loudly and comfortably with some policemen who were there having coffee. Fine. As I worked, suddenly one of the girls looked over at me and said, «They’re closed!» I looked up, surprised, not sure if she was talking to me or the three or four policemen she was sitting with. The other girl looked at me and said from across the room, «They close at 9:30 tonight, not 10. They’re closed.» And I’m thinking, «Why are these girls talking to me?» The policemen and the two girls just stared at me and then one of the girls said, «We work here,» I guess to explain why they and the policemen could remain but I had to leave. The baristas on the clock were behind the counter and hadn’t said anything to me about it being time to go. Regardless, I awkwardly packed up my stuff while the entire group stared at me until I left, and they remained sitting and talking. I just think the baristas on the clock should have been the ones to pleasantly and civilly inform me the store was closing early, and the girls who were NOT on the clock should have behaved as customers, which they were at the time. It was not their place to say a word to me. They behaved in a way that really reflects poorly on this Starbucks location. I was a frequent customer, but I will now go to Peet’s, where the staff on duty very pleasantly and kindly make the rounds to let customers know it’s time to go.

I don’t usually Unilocal chain stores, but will make an exception for this one. I went in on a Sunday morning knowing fair well that it would be busy… not a problem. Then I see 4 people that placed their orders after I did get there coffee before me and these were not small orders. I as a paying customer don’t care that they either worked there or knew all of the employees, first in first out customer service. The only saving grace was that the barista could see that I was a little upset and gave me a coupon for my next cup of coffee. I will not be back to this location

I don’t normally review chain style stores(unless a particular location does something terrible), but the employees at this particular starbucks really are a friendly bunch. The coffee of course is as good as every other starbucks I have been to in the states… consistent and tasty.

When you are on retreat in wine country, you get to love nature. Sometimes you wanna have city. This place is a mix of town and country, home and away. Feels nice every morning at 6AM for a chat with a good friend, or later in the PM with two dudeladies who are your crazy room mates. like g

So, Starbucks, overall, blows goats. I mean, really, their food is nothing but fat carb butthole nightmares, and their coffee is overly processed and tastes burned. But let’s face it, Starbucks is everywhere so it is convenient. Now what makes this place AWESOME is that the barista called me «hon». She called the man ahead of me «hon» too. I like this country ‘good ol boy’ style of using pet names. «Here’s your latte hon». Awww… I was bummed out that I couldn’t find an independent coffee shop, but after pulling into this location for a skinny sugar-free hazelnut latte, being called«hon» before making a 10 hour trek in the car, made my morning.
