This store needs so much help, where to start. I shop there almost every day out of necessity. The biggest problem is their lack of managing the lines at their registers. Managers are clueless and employees seem to think that 3 – 5 people waiting is just fine — they don’t know when to call for help. So many stockers on the floor, but the lines really grow. Pharmacy is even worse and totally understaffed and supposedly its a cost issue for labor. Get your drugs elsewhere as they are mobbed and can’t handle their flow. Most of the staff for the entire store is really not efficient — there are a few like Kathy who stocks(constantly) and Pat W. in the pharmacy who are really good and follow up, otherwise, the whole store needs re-training. Snotty cashiers who talk to others working in photo while ringing you up, its really poor service very consistently. Its really sad because I have spoke to managers who didn’t listen to feedback that was constructive. The whole town talks about how bad service there is. We are hoping that CVS will shape them up. MANAGEYOURLINES. ONECASHIERWILLNOTCOVERIT. Don’t leave it up to your employees — they don’t know how long it seems when there are 5 waiting. Manage your staff and your lines. For goodness sakes, the local mini market Broadway Market always has 2 cashiers up there. Get a clue!
