If you are looking for an eye doctor and expecting to buy contacts: DONOTGOHERE. Before I say anything, how ironic is it that an eye doctor has a sign for their office that is so hard to see… But anyway: The guy in the back refuses to supply patients with enough trial contacts to last until their order comes in(only gives you 4). When you ask for more because your order didn’t come in when they said it would, the guy in the back starts screaming for the whole office to hear.(Note: the guy in the back doesn’t ever speak with customers and only speaks with the front desk ladies who go to him to get the contacts and such. Also note that his desk is completely out in the open for all to see and hear at the end of this hallway) The main discrepancy here is that originally I received a pack of 4. When my contacts didn’t come in they gave me 1… Even though the pack comes in 4. So, how can he really say that he doesn’t have more? Even more so, my previous eye doctor had STACKSANDSTACKS of trial pairs to give out and told me that the brands give them FORFREE because they obviously want them to be sold. Overall, just GOSOMEWHEREELSE. If you’re someone like me, who doesn’t have a back up pair of glasses yet and relies solely on contacts, not having enough trial pairs to get you through until they come in means not being able to drive or do absolutely anything. These people are incompetent and rude. The guy in the back needs to be fired and the staff needs to be trained for customer service before I ever do anything at that office again. I’m taking my prescription and leaving. You have been warned.

A great doctor but rude staff. The front desk staff accidently charged me $ 60 even though my insurance covered the full amount. It was an honest mistake but when I asked for a refund they seemed offended. They also tried to get me to buy 2 week contacts but when I requested dailys, the girl at the front once again acted like I just personally attacked her. They also claimed to have given me a week supply to hold me over until my follow up visit but when I opened the box there was only 4 days worth of lenses. I was also told that I would pick up my final 3 month supply during my follow up visit but after the visit I was told they had to order my lenses still and I had to wait another week. So when I politely asked for more trial lenses to hold me over they once again gave me an attitude. The girls at the front are very sensitive and easily offended as well as border line incompetent. They seem to have great difficulty carrying out simple tasks. Although the doctor seems pretty good.

I give too star because the place try to ripper people off. There is a statement in my policy that it will cover frame $ 120 and rest amount will be 20% off if more than $ 120. And they said they don’t follow that policy and they will absolutely give no further discount. However the optometrist is really skilled and nice, two stars just for her. I won’t recommend buying any glasses frame from this place.
