I showed up to the facility to try to rent a truck for a few hours. When i walked in the guy behind the counter was rude and said unless you have a reservation we don’t have any trucks and that was all that he said to me. So i walk outside to my car and hop on the Uhaul website to book a reservation and lo and behold there are plenty of trucks available. You should have seen his face when i walked back in 5 minutes later and mentioned that i actually did have a reservation. No apology, no explanation, nothing. If Uhaul wants you to use the website and doesn’t like walk-ins then they should expressly state that in their material. Otherwise stop being lazy and just rent me a damn truck.

We made a reservation some days ahead. The guys in the store were helpful. When we picked up the truck everything works out extremly fast and nice. After returning I also did not have to wait und was out in somewhat minutes. Unfortunately we were moving back to Germany but if we ever move back to this area we will use U-Haul at S Cobb again!

This location has terrible customer service. I made a hitch reservation two weeks ahead of time. The manager called me several times to remind me that they were unable to install the electrical. I told him that was fine and we would just do the hitch. He asked me to come in earlier than my reservation. I arrived 2 hours before the reservation as requested and the on-site staff(which showed very little interest in helping me) said the wrong hitch had arrived and the manager already called me to cancel. I never received a phone call. Nobody could reach the manager for the following two days. I called UHaul corporate who just transferred me back to the location multiple times. After much pleading, they finally called the manager and approved my refund.
