i wish i could give this place a half of star instead one. i don’t even know where to start. they did an amazing job with the pics they took online which was take with an camera phone lol… the staff is not pleasant except the young guy who works there. they treat u different when u stay there weekly, because i stayed there weekly i had to take out my own trash, i wasn’t allowed breakfast, the maid comes every 4 days, i was t allowed to rent the suite… i mean they had to many rules felt like a prison hahahaha… the bed was so hard i could feel the springs… the sink area was rusting… the bath tub was dirty i went and got cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself, i didn’t feel like changing rooms because i was to tired to switch my luggage to a different room. they put me on the second floor and they claimed it was for none smokers mean while the whole floor smelled of weed. the night worker didn’t know the wifi password. the tv was foggy, oh let’s not forget how the fridge barely got cold… not every room came with an iron so if i wanted one i had to leave my i. d… i advise u to sleep in ur car… the best thing about staying there is they never ran out of out water

First of all, the staff was awesome. I met 3 employees over the course of my stay and was impressed with all of them. Tamerat was the one who checked me in and was more than willing to walk me up to view the room before checking in. Ladacha was there the next day and she asked me when I was leaving if I would like extra towels and I said yes! I went out to run errands and when I came back she greeted me by name and asked how my day was, told me I looked pretty, and said she would send someone up soon with the towels and they gave me extra toiletries! I met the manager as I was checking out and told him how impressed I was with his staff and he said he was lucky to have them. I agree. He was very proud of his hotel and it showed. As far as the hotel itself. I love that the mattresses were covered in plastic. The linens are white, which is great. The ac and heat worked just fine. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. The room had a pleasant smell. Just an all around good experience. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Albany.

If you have book from Expedia /​any other site make sure to confirm the payment. They charged me two times and manager is never on site to confirm the details. I called them 3 times. It’s just going back and forth. They will not hesitate to call you on front desk at 12AM so if you planning to to take rest don’t go.

Worst service ever. Front desk staff is rude. Condoms in vending machines. Gang members hanging outside in parking lot. Room had cockroaches and there were bloodstains on carpet. Avoid this place unless you want to get robbed at gunpoint.
