Bottom Line: Outstanding service from an honest and trustworthy shop.
Took my 2007 Lexus GS350 in to see the folks at T3 for a brake job and inspection. Had exceptionally bad experience with Lexus dealer the last time I’d taken my car in to see them so I figured I would give a local independent shop a try. T3 had great ratings on several venues ( Unilocal, Google, etc.) and the reviews posted all seemed legitimate and genuine.
For context, I have a very strong working knowledge of mechanics from both my military and civilian work. This includes cars, heavy equipment, boats, planes, etc. One of my BIGGEST peeves is having a mechanic try to completely BS me because he/​she assumes I’m some corporate know-​nothing who can’t wait to spend $ 1,000 on a repair job.
My car needed a simple brake job done on both axles. I also wanted my suspension inspected as my car has about 140K miles on it and it may be time for new shocks/​struts etc. After inspecting the car, Ty called me to tell me I only needed new brake pads, rotors needed a simple machining to freshen them up, and that the suspension looked great. The vast majority of other shops would have taken the low road and told me I needed new pads, rotors, and set of shocks and struts and would have likely charged me 3 – 4 times what I paid to have the brakes done. T3 took the high road and earned my trust.

I had a great experience here. Ty is very honest, friendly and fair. I definitely recommend!

I can’t say nice enough things about this location. They treated me extremely well, gave me the God’s honest truth on everything and did a phenomenal job. TY and his crew are the best. The reviews for this place do not lie.

I’ve been going to T3 for several years now, first with my Infiniti G35 and now with my Lexus RX. It’s very refreshing to deal with an auto shop where I trust what they are saying to me. I will continue going there for years to come and would recommend it to anyone with a Lexus or Infiniti!

I brought my 2002 Infiniti Q45, aka: Olive, here for her 150,000 mile service and Tye did a great job. They are a small shop, but they know their stuff! Tye explained everything in a very professional way and did not proceed with any of the repairs until he was sure that I understood exactly how much everything would cost and exactly how important it all was at this point in time. I was between jobs when I brought Olive in, and Tye was very understanding and even separated out the repairs that were the most important and gave me a timeline to bring her back in for the rest of the repairs. I dropped Olive off on a Monday night, left the keys in the drop box, make sure to call ahead and make an appointment, and Olive was ready to go Wednesday afternoon. I was really pleased with the repairs, price and there was a noticeable difference in the way my car drove after, and they have a few adorable «shop dogs» that look very happy to be hanging around the shop all day :)

I have a 2007 Infiniti G35, and had just gotten a quote from the dealer for some very expensive service.
I spoke to Tommy at T3 — what a refreshing change!
He broke the bad news to me that the item was needed, and the price was good. But he then spent time on a line item basis and gave me much better prices than the dealer.
That fact plus all they do is Lexus and Infiniti work won me over.
