Papa Gino’s Pizzeria

There’s no words to describe how pleased I am with the service here, every single time I order. This is Rhode Island, home of the delicious and authentic pizza, and you’d think that me, also being Italian, would prefer a place like Rosa Mia (and I love them to bits, don’t get me wrong!) but truly, this place is great. Not only is the pizza good (fresh cheese, tasty crust, always make it exactly how you ask) but the sandwiches are consistently good too. And here’s the crazy part — you ever heard of a pizza place with good salad? Well strap the hell in because this place has real great salads too. I’ve had literally every single thing on their menu at least once, and I have never been disappointed with the quality. They must train their staff very well! And on that note, the staff there is cheery, polite, and downright awesome. Every time I want some delivery food, I consider trying something different… but it always comes right back to this one Papa Ginos, because I know I’ll be a satisfied customer, as always!

Any company that allows their delivery cars to use «Handicapped Parking Only» designated spaces as loading zones will never get my business and shouldn’t get anyone else’s. It is rude, inconsiderate and illegal.

Was in recently general manager Lenny needs to improve on his customer service not very friendly the rest of the staff is okay.

I ordered a pizza today and noticed that the workers there were alot nicer then the last time I ordered from this Papa Ginos. Xl works pizza was great, fresh topping. nice and hot. I hadn’t gone to this location in a while because of the rude service but they redeemed themselves today and I will be back again for a pizza soon :)

Papa Gino’s is good food. It’s a chain, it’s fast food, but it’s good pizza and I am a Rhode Islander, home of many good pizzerias. Typically they are clean, reflect a good system, and offer reasonable prices. Ask for the extra large pizza to get those great giant sized triangles. You might want to lift the plate to your mouth and advance a tip of the edge to eat it. It’s droopy and gooey in a good way.

Literally nicest staff ever. Lenny and Josh are two of the sweetest guys around and you’ll never catch anyone behind the counter without a smile on. I work in the same plaza and very often get lunch here. Food is delicious and fairly priced. Never ate inside but it looks really clean. Eat here!

Am I the nay Rhode Islander who doesn’t like Papa Gino’s? I think so.
