Comfort Inn & Suites

Sheets are stained, bathroom is in poor condition. The walls are thin, I’m «enjoying» the loud rap music my neighbors are generously sharing with the hotel. Breakfast was meager, and I smell cigarette smoke wafting in.
Adjusting my rating even lower. It’s impossible to sleep here. The drunken binge is getting out of control down the hall.

It seemed nice enough until I pulled the sheets back. Something was all over sheets. Chocolate? Blood? Paint? I’m not sure. But I immediately called front desk. The cleaning staff had already gone home so it was a while before someone came to change out sheets. Then she had the wrong size sheets so had to come back. She did change everything on the bed, including pillowcases and she did inspect it all before putting it on the bed. But I was already creeped out because I almost sat on whatever it was. When leaving for dinner, front desk clerk had some friends up there chatting with her, sitting on the front desk where you sign in. He immediately jumped down when he saw us. I thought it was very unprofessional. It was a quiet night but I don’t know that I would stay at this location again.

I stay here multiples times a year for work and have had up and down experience not only with the hotel but the choice franchise in general.
This place is always pretty clean which is good, I started coming here early 2013 for work at least once or twice a month. Staff everytime I come in is usually real nice and helpful. Breakfast in the morning is ok but nothing special.
Only issues I’ve had is a few times the air wasn’t working properly which they of course switched my rooms so is ok. The walls are very thin so if someone in the next room snores loud I hear it clearly. Other than that this is a decent hotel to stay if need be in this area.
As far as choice hotels. I’ve been a «choice member» officially for a little while (should have signed up sooner), but I had to call into choice rewards to get points for stays that weren’t transferring to my membership. Trying to get my stays «verified» we’re like pulling teeth. Not only that but sometimes they have incentives like now there is an incentive to stay 2 nights you get enough points for a $ 50 gift card. I activated this reward, stayed two nights, tried to redeem a card, and was short points… so I know I’m gonna have to call again. Hopefully it is a better experience this time.

I would stay here again. First of all, very clean! The rooms were spacious as was the bathroom. There is also a tv in the bathroom and nice sized towels.
We stopped for a quick breakfast and again, clean and for the price (included) just fine.

We stopped here last minute on a road trip. The room was clean, staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was yummy.

Our stay consisted of two families with a 3 year old and an infant. In 10 days of travelimg, staying in some very nice and not so nice hotels, this was by far the best. Bed were great and luxuriously appointed, rooms were immaculate and had every ammenitie.
Breakfast was hot complete and quite tray and free with or stay. The woman in charge of the dining area kept it fully stocked, immaculate and added her own «southern charm» to make us Chicagoans not miss home for a minute. Her name is Jayme so if you stay here, tell her that Fred sent you.
Have a great stay here. You can’t go wrong with this choice.

Brand New! Nice rooms. Good front desk staff. The hotel is not very soundproof. Outside parties carry into your room. Parking lot in front of hotel is small and cramped.

Nice room. Good location. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. :(
