I’ve been coming here for about six months for mani/​pedis, refills, you name it. It was great at first, but the wait keeps getting longer and longer, and the service is going downhill. The last three visits, I have waited over an hour, and my gel refills have been beyond poor. They are rushing to finish and not giving any attention to the details. I’m leaving with rough, unpainted edges and uneven nails. I think it’s time to find another nail spa.

Me and my girlfriend went to spend time catching up and enjoying girl time only to have the lady get rude with my girlfriend top that I paid for Solar nails only for them to brittle off little over a week. I did give Bellagio 3 stars for the atmosphere, cleanliness. Just not sure if I want to throw away $ 55 again.

I’ve been here about 4 times. Once the man doing my nails, after telling him what I wanted, said «no that won’t look good on you» then gave a full set with a design (which costs extra) of pink and green zebra stripes… I looked like a 12 year old. The next time I went I got a pedicure and had to ask at least 5 times for them to make my water warmer it was so cold. THEN, I got the hot towel wrap and they weren’t even close to warm! My mom was with me and she said I was just complaining (I NEVER complain it takes a lot for me to even ask for something because I feel like I’m being a pain. Then, they put the towels on her and she was like no you’re right they’re COLD! The only thing I’ve been satisfied with from here is the eyelash extensions but then again I’ve been satisfied with those from everywhere else I’ve been

I have finally found my nail salon! Nikki was awesome! She was very attentive and thorough. She didn’t force me into anything I didn’t want. Her massages were firm and relaxing. I almost fell asleep while getting my neck massaged. Lol. They use high quality products so the prices are a bit high. The salon was nice and neat. Very well ventilated, didn’t have the chemical smell like other places. I want to try the paraffin wax next time I come!

Great clean salon and spa. They offer everything! The staff is super! My nails look great! They do a great job, best salon I have been to in Slidell. It is a little more expensive but they use quality products and have a great section of gel polish! Avery was so sweet and made sure I was taken care of and happy! This was such a wonderful experience that this will stay my salon in Slidell:)
I had another manicure with Gel and I wasn’t happy with it, it was quickly and nicely redone. I felt bad because they didn’t see what I seen. It’s 4 days later and it’s starting to peal and looks bad
I’m not going back again, even though they were nice I felt bad! There must be something wrong with this polish because my first one last three weeks: (what a bummer!

This place asks more for their pedicures compared to others in Slidell, but it’s a nicer salon, in a better location. They keep the place clean, There’s 4 TVs on the walls, and a coffee and pastry station in reception.

Very upscale nail salon! Very sanitary! They used these plastic sleeves to put in the pedicure bowls so your never actually sitting in the actual bowl. They use everything disposable so nothing they use on you is used on another person. Excellent customer service. I was offered a drink 5 times:)

Beautiful nail shop especially In the area. Nice technicians! I loved both the techs, both working on my mani and pedi simultaneously. I even got a glass of wine! I rarely write reviews, but they deserved it! Thanks Henry and Jessica

WOW what a great experience. I felt like I could go to sleep after my deluxe pedicure. It was a fabulous experience. Kim was my technician for my pedicure. She was very thorough. She scrubbed and massaged and scrubbed and massage… my legs and feet felt wonderful. They offer you a drink while enjoying the services. It is a little pricey but definitely worth it. They also offer other services such as waxing, makeup, hair services, massage, and more. Check their website for specials Monday-​Thursday. I will save my coins and definitely go back.

Wow! What a wonderful place for a pedi, mani and eyebrow wax. I went with my mom and daughter. Tran, Mai, Handsome, Jessica, and Tyler were all soooo great. I was a little picky and wanted my fingernails re-​filed, and another coat of clear top coat to really make my French manicure set securely. This was not a problem, and they were happy to fulfill this wish. They offer wine, soda and water. The facility is clean, and fabulous. Everyone is personable and customer satisfaction is important to them. Great conversation, and I wish they would open one up in Erie, CO where I live! Great job guys!

Mai and Keith were both awesome! I went in and Mai gave me the best pedicure I have ever had! Great leg massage and she was very adamant to make me happy! Keith is also amazing! I got a pink and white full set and I could not have asked for a better result! The establishment is beautiful and clean! With each guest they use a new set of packaged sanitized pedicure tool set and offer each guest a complementary beverage! The prices are average with other locations but I won’t go anywhere but Bellagio in the future!
