I am new to town and found this salon on Unilocal.I am so impressed with the customer service and Brian! He was able to get me right in and did a fabulous job with my hair! Brian, the owner, is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what is best for your hair. Do not hesitate making the decision to go here, it is truly an amazing experience! I highly recommend going here! You won’t be disappointed!

While my gut wanted me to go for 1 star, I gave them a 2 for pity’s sake. After having heard so many great things about Brian, with a leap of faith made an apt. I provided him with what I hoped to be my next cut and asked him for his opinion if it would suit my face, with a few modifications he agreed and we got started.
He talked me into some highlights as well and that is how he started. Once he placed the chemical in my hair he said he would be back… I had never died my hair before so timing was not something I knew anything about… Meanwhile Brian LEFT, I saw him head out the door, get into a car and take off. Time when on, no Brian, no one checking on me. I finally found someone who was in shock that I was still there! She took the chemical off and I heard someone on the phone in the distance talking about me — l presume it was with him.
He soon appeared and apologized and said he had asked one of the other staff to finish me up! When it came to the cut, he TRIMMED my hair and said he was done. I reminded him of the style we discussed, he took a few strands of hair and raised them over my head, did one snip with the scissors and he left again. Someone else came and styled my hair.
The chemical had burned my hair and my ‘cut’ was something my 14 yr old could have done. I was in the shop for 2 hours and was treated with ZERO respect while my bill was over $ 200. NEVER again! NEVER again!

I am so glad I found this salon! Brian is the best when it comes to style in the suburbs. His whole staff is committed to providing quality and personal attention to details. I just moved here from Cincinnati and truly missed my stylist (she was the only person who has touched my hair in 8+ years). I was concerned because I have long, thick hair and any misstep means that I will live with it or cut it! No worries! He truly knows what he is doing, does with style and quality!!!
