True Edge Airsoft

True edge air soft store is better than the competition by all means, from prices and products to service or advice. They are conveniently located on Tapo street. I recommend going there and checking out there selection of top of the line equipment. They very friendly staff will help you find what you need.

They are super helpful and knowledgeable on everything in the store! They’re willing to help you look for what you want.

I am so glad there is an airsoft store so close to where I live, especially since every experience I’ve had there has been a positive one to say the least. My friend and I just got back into airsofting after a short hiatus, and we’ve been going to truedge very often for the past couple of months to gear up for weekends at the field. Doug, Jerry and James have all been so helpful and patient, and with their vast selection and terrifically low prices it’s kind of a no brainier to shop here for your airsoft needs.

I bought Deadpool swords from True Edge and the craftsman ship is amazing. The swords are steel and look very authentic. Spencer and Jasmine work here and are the people to talk too

I been buying from true edge for years ever since san diego comic con 2007. Everytime i buy from them they provide me with the best customer service, and great quality items. Doug, the manager of the booths at conventions, is always friendly nd gives u his 100% attention. His associate jerrose is also another that gives great customer service. I asked to see somethin at wondercon 2015 nd got help right away :). Their entire staff is friendly, great quality items and the best customer service ive ever had. Businesses today can take lessons from these people. Keep it up u guys. Always great buyin knives, masks or even swords from you either at your store or at conventions. ^_^

Went to their booth at Wondercon today and I was amazed at the selection and quality of the pieces! I fell in love with The Walking Dead’s Michonne sword, and it was in a great price range. The Deadpool swords and the Link sword and shield were awesome too! They even had affordable cowls for cosplay as well! Spencer and the owner were very helpful while I was looking around. Definitely will be coming back to this business when I need something awesome for a cosplay :)

The wondercon booth had many varieties of weapons and comic culture. Swords to sais; early nugs to tie clips. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

I’ve been to the Simi Valley True Edge a few times now and I’m extremely impressed with the shop. The workers are extremely patient and helpful. They hooked my boyfriend and his brother up with everything they needed plus some. Definitely recommend this shop to everyone! Kyle is especially helpful, definitely ask for his help!

I did not know that had a 10% off coupon here. That is great. I have been going to this store for almost a year now. They have a great section of comic-​con related stuff. I first saw them at the San Diego comic-​con about 2 years ago. The stuff is always helpful and will even put stuff on hold for me. Last week I got a dr. Who watch which is very cool by the way.

True Edge is a fantastic airsoft shop in Simi. There is plenty of parking and the location is easy to find.
They have a huge selection of hobby weapons and lots of accessories. They also have a shop for repair and maintenance. Rueben is the technician and he’s a super nice and knowledgeable guy. If you have any needed repairs I strongly recommend him.
All of the staff is friendly and knows everything there is to know about airsoft. If you’re interested in the hobby, definitely stop by and pay them a visit.

Whitley, the store owner has made false comments about my original review/​experience at True Edge to which I have proof of my claims. See my initial review of the store below.
Summary: Was sold a broken product. Was told I could return it one-​week outside of the return period due to being on vacation/​Christmas. My return for the item was not honored, salesman (Doug) claimed he did not recall our 5 conversations, and I was charged a 15% restocking fee. Wrote a review on Unilocal to share my experience.
Comment from store owner as follows:
Whitley: 8÷7÷2014. Jared why are you doing this? We have done nothing but help you. You kept calling us to return your stuff and it took you four months to bring it in. You brought it in heavily used and we still returned it to help you. Doug went above and beyond to help you and waived the 15% on your returns. What more could Doug have done for you? He took back product you said you’d return in three days, but took you four months to return it to us
Jared: 11÷11÷14. Whitley, I have not once worked with you so to comment on «our» relationship on a vendor/​customer basis is completely fabricated. Per your comment, you claim that I came in «4-​months» with a «heavily used» product which was neither the case. I came in 6 days after the last eligible return day. The product was unused in the field by myself as it was DOA and admittedly tested by your staff which Doug commented: «Of course we tested it, we wouldn’t want to sell you a broken product.» Which obviously shows that you have the shoddiest QA department in town.
So, 4-​months? Maybe this bank statement will help clear the air of your lies. As you can see, the date you refunded me my money was NOT 4-​months later and, in fact, the day after I quoted in my review. Furthermore, the refunded amount was $ 27.39. $ 14.99 D-​Boys Speedloader x quantity 2 = $ 29.98×7.5% Simi Valley Sales Tax = $ 32.22. If Doug truly «waived» the 15% restocking fee, this is what I should have received.
Weird, the amount I was refunded was $ 27.39. EXACTLY 15% less than $ 32.22 …

Lets see. I’m fairly new in the airsoft community. But from what I’ve experience so far True Edge is very helpful.
My roommate and I got out first guns here about a little over a month ago. Two refurbished AK’s and we love it. It came with a mag each and battery/​charger. Then we bought an extra mag each for the AK’s. Jerry, the guy that helped us if very helpful and answered all the questions we have for them. Also the great thing about buying the guns here at True Edge is that they offer a free monthly cleaning for life, and I don’t know but to me that sounds pretty awesome.
Then about a week ago we bought our second guns. I got a gas MP7 and my roommate bought the gas Vector, that was on sale. My roommate got a free mag with her gun and 10% off the the gun, as part of their deal that time.
And here’s why I’m giving True Edge a four is because they didn’t have an extra mag for my gun, and my one mag only holds between 40 – 50 bbs.
But other than that I had a great experience buying from True Edge. My roommate and I will definitely come back.
