Waited a couple days for their soonest appointment available to be seen for an ear infection, walked in 7 minutes late and they refused to see me. The girl at the front desk called someone and said the 9 o’clock is here and she has a baby with her in a really pissy tone and then she hung up and told me I would have to reschedule for being late as the Dr is on a prompt schedule. There was nobody else there to see that Dr. and come on seriously? As if you weren’t about to have me sit in the waiting room for 20+ minutes! I’m changing my PCP — forget this medical group. They don’t care about their patients at all!!!

PA Leslie Buchanan has been our doctor for the past 10 years. She is a very caring and wonderful person. She calls back when needed. The staff here are all professional and helpful.

Dr. Muzsnai is OK. He misdiagnosed my shoulder pain and wrote a report saying it was fine once. It turned out I had to have rotatory cuff surgery. If I didn’t get another opinion, my injury would have been much worse. Other than that, he was really nice and a friendly person.
The problem I have is with their billing lady. She was horrendous! Here is why I am writing this review. Because of some insurance garbage, I had an unexpected surprise balance due with the doctors office for a hundred bucks or so.
They harassed me weekly, leaving messages and threatening to send me to collections. I received letters from them almost every day.
When I called them to work out a fair payment arrangement, they were happy to take my money, but said the will refuse to treat me until every penny is paid. The lady belittled me and talked down to me, saying things like, «You picked the insurance» and «You need to deal with your responsibilities». Like my insurance company is my child or something.
I asked the lady how a surprise bill and an immediate payment from me was fair to me. The lady said, «Is there anything else I can help you with?». She followed that with, «a lot of people have issues».
I told her that because of her harassing and «I don’t care» attitude she was going to unnecessarily lose a good patient who had already paid them hundreds of dollars over time and whose insurance had already paid them thousands. That didn’t bother her at all. It’s a shame there isn’t any regulations over people like that.
Needless to say, I am looking for a new doctor.

Phenomenal Doctor!!! Dr. Odio is a brilliant man who genuinely cares about his patients. He listens, diagnoses accurately and follows through with patient care. He is kind and definitely not arrogant. He is a doctor for all people, not just the affluent. He speaks several languages and comes across as having become a doctor to heal the sick, not to become rich. Over a decade ago, I took my daughter to urgent care in Van Nuys. I asked that doctor if he could recommend a doctor in Thousand Oaks or anywhere within a 30 mile radius. He unequivocally and without hesitation, suggested Dr. Odio. I couldn’t be more satisfied with a physician than I am with him. My husband, adult daughter and son are all patients of Dr. Odio’s. They say good Dr.‘s know good doctors and that becomes evident when you meet the other doctors in his practice. They are all extremely competent, but Dr. Odio is the best!
