There is mold in one of the fridges by the butcher area. All of the staff have no social skill and when I ask them where something is, they might as well just point and not say anything.

Five stars for prices, cleanliness, and costumer service! I recently started coming to this albertsons since the one on Arboles closed and Im so glad I did. This albertsons is huge and they have most items in their store brand which are always on sale. I came in one day with my newborn in a stroller and my 2 year old in a cart. It took about 1 minute into my shopping trip for an employee to see me and she immediately offered to push the cart and stay with me throughout my whole shopping trip! What a life saver! This wonderful lady possibly prevented me from having a post-partum meltdown.

So happy to find that this Albertsons wasn’t taken over by Haggens. The store is big, and perhaps the largest Albertsons I’ve been too. Their bakery alone is pretty expansive and always full of tons of goodies. Sometimes I have a hard time leaving that area without at least 3 different bags of fresh cookies or turnovers. The deli always has fresh chicken and potato salad, and the potato wedges are the best I’ve had from any Albertsons I’ve been to. Since we are relatively new to this Albertsons, one of the employees helped us track down everything we needed and gave us a brochure/map so we could better familiarize ourselves with the store. It was such a nice gesture and was beyond what we were expecting! The customer service and prices are amazing. This has definitely become our new go-to grocer.

Best market ever helpful and friendly, I needed pickled ginger and they brought it to me, my favorite creamer was not stocked and they brought that to me … thank you: it’s the small things that make a rainbow day. my checkout guy was very nice, I left with a smile

Of the three Albertson’s in Simi Valley, this one is the nicest by far. Lots of gluten free choices and great prices if you watch the ads and buy at the right time.

I LOVE this supermarket! It wasn’t until I moved and started going to ones closer to me(Vons on erringer or Albertsons on sycamore) that I realized how much I liked this location. The pharmacy staff and cashiers are always nice and welcoming.

I shop at this supermarket on occasion and when I do I never have any problems. The food in the meat department and the food at the deli is always fresh always tastes good. One of my favorite things about this supermarket is that they have a wide variety of cheeses.

Love this store. Always come here when I stop in Simi. Pretty big store. Really not any different than any other Albertsons. The seafood there smells so fresh. I don’t like the strong fishy smell like at most markets. The employees are very helpful and nice. Love being in Ventura county where you don’t need to by bags:) Located in a small shopping center. Next to State Farm, Carl’s Jr., Tommys and more.

This is my preferred grocery store. It is clean and well stocked. The deli has a good variety of meats, cheeses, and salads, and the deli employees are helpful. The fish/meat counter is kept clean and has a large selection to choose from. The prices are a bit high but they have a lot of sale items to choose from each week, and you no longer need a savings card to get the discounts. The floral department is very nice and I have ordered a few boutonnieres from here with great success and for very low prices compared to a florist. All of the checkers are friendly and make sure you have everything that you need. There is a Starbucks at the front of the store which is a plus. The parking lot is large and plentiful.

I don’t live in the area, but I come here sometimes to buy treats for some of my accounts.(I’m in outside sales.) This store always has great options for fresh fruit. The fruit looks good and the prices seem lower than other stores. I also like that they have a cute platter with strawberries and whipped cream. I definitely appreciate having some unique options at a good price!

Not exactly a business model I’d consider. Albertsons doesn’t seem to give its customers any real value. You can find an item priced $ 10 elsewhere, marked $ 18 at Albertsons… but just for you… oh, holy cardholder… you can get the sale price of $ 9. That’s 50% off! Look at you saving the big bucks! I realize that a large portion of Americans may not be the brightest, but you don’t have to rub it in their faces. Other than the unscrupulous pricing tactics, the store is clean and organized. The selection is decent. They also have a Starbucks to get your fix. Typical Albertsons.

Typical Albertsons. Clean. Plenty of parking. Nice employees. This location has a pharmacy and a Starbucks. Other than the fact it requires a ‘membership’ card to avoid being ripped off, it’s a nice store.

Perfect store for a mom of more than one little one to get her shopping done. Love those two seater shopping carts that look like cars! They have relatively fresh produce and are slowly introducing more organic options! I hope whatever chain is taking over this store keeps the shopping carts and the friendly staff!(No, seriously, I will drive to another market that offers double seating in their shopping carts!)
