Fantastic! Dr Green is the best! Honest, genuine and on a mission to help others, he and his staff simply want to address what ails you and their goal is to help you feel better! Dr Green and his crew are courteous, punctual, and friendly. Here, you feel more like family than just another patient. I highly recommend Dr Green, as he not only works to find a solution to a problem but also to mitigate other challenges in the future with back and neck pain! If you’re looking for a chiropractor, look no further!

The office is on time, courteous, and has a great team. I love how when my doctor sent me for Physical Therapy, I saw the physical therapist on the first day this time, for good. I had treatment with the physical therapist, and Dr. Krishna was awesome, and so upbeat. If you need PT, make an appointment! AND got treatment. Then their Medical Doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists all discussed my case together to make sure my tendonitis would be fixed.

This office is a god-​send. From the front desk employees, to the PTs and assistants, and of course Drs. Green, Melmed, etc – they really are all so fantastic. I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes (I’m usually called back while still waiting to sign my co-​pay receipt!) and have no problem getting convenient appointment times. Dr. Green has honest to goodness solved SO many of my various aches/​pains/​injuries that I don’t even worry when I have an issue; I know he’s going to be able to fix whatever is going on with me. I usually see him (versus others in the office) so I can comment that he in particular is thorough, kind, patient, and basically magic when it comes to what he can do/​fix.
The amount of services provided in the office also makes my life easier – I’ve gotten my back adjusted and a headache issue solved in the same afternoon before.
I sound a bit too excited about this place but truthfully I just came from there and am feeling immense relief from a constant issue, so I have nothing but great things to say!

I have a long history of medical issues and have required a lot of physical therapy in my lifetime. Never before have I been treated as well as I have at Silver Spring Medical Center. Dr. John R. Melmed has been a godsend when it comes to pain management and has gone out of his way to see to it that my pain is kept to a minimum. I cannot say enough about how much of a reilief it is to have him on my side. As far as physical therapy is concerned Krishnapriya Nair has handled my physical therapy and has not only seen to it that my spinal issue in my neck has cleared up but has treated other problems when she really wasn’t obligated to treat those areas. She treats her patients with complete respect and has great compassion for their needs. From the receptionist desk to every staff member I have felt a very warm welcome. I would recommend Silver Spring Medical Center to anyone who is suffering from shoulder, neck, arm and back pain to those who simply need to lose weight to migraine sufferers and more. Silver Spring Medical gets an 11 on a scale of 1 — 10 from me. There is no finer care anywhere! To all of the staff I say a very heartfelt THANK YOU!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I came for a weight loss consultation and the doctor spent a lot of time talking and explaining my options. He even suggested a way to save me money. I ended up doing a 4 month program which includes hcg for the first month and other prescription appetite supressants for the entire 4 months. Also includes weekly weigh-​ins and b12 shots. The cost is very low compared to other places I’ve researched. I will update after my 4 months as I have 35 lbs to lose.
