2 adults, here in SV for 2 nights, selected this due to the fair price, $ 55 a nite. Included a king bed, toiletries in the bathroom, a kitchen and dishwasher. Having a refrigerator was a nice touch, able to store soda.
Room, halls and Lobby clean and well taken care of. Room a good size. Flat screen tv. Staff was friendly and professional. location one block from the main road, so no traffic noise. Heater and AC worked well and the fan noise was as quiet as to be expected.
Electronic key cards, safer than old keys.
Overall, our stay was a real value.

I don’t usually write reviews but I must for this place. When I walked in, approximately 6:00 pm, no one at the front desk to greet you. A little boy probably 8 – 10 yo ask me if I was checking in, he then calls his mom who is the manager. I think that someone should be in the vicinity for check in or at least to greet you, not up stairs. Secondly, my bed in the first room had pubic hairs and crumbs on it. I requested a room change and they did. The next room I pulled the bed sheets, just to check, a freaking spider pops out. I killed the spider. I seriously don’t wish this upon anyone. It says they renovated the place but this place still looks pretty out dated. If you can avoid this place!
