This place is a cockroach infested complex. I’ve had my place sprayed twice AND fogged and those mofos came back after 2 weeks. My neighbors are trashy and dirty… The people are trashy and dirty, the pool is ALWAYS some hue of green or brown. The women that work in the front are nice and all, but that doesn’t cut it. The laundry rooms are inoperable at times, people are idiots when they do laundry (gums and pens in dryer, so your clothes will get ruined)…yeah the rent is cheap, but the walls are paper thin, the animal space is full of droppings, there is a random man who wanders around asking for smokes, Safeway carts everywhere. I mean, yeah it’s cheap but this place is a SHIT HOLE! Save yourself the embarrassment of fighting off cockroaches in front of your home guests… pay a few extra bucks and go elsewhere. Also the free internet they provide is shotty at best. Just don’t do it… really you will regret it unless you don’t mind living in a hovel filled with bugs.
