I’m new to the area and saw her because I needed to get in to someone quick for some meds for strep throat before vacation. I went back because I’d not seen a GP in awhile, and I must say, she is AWFUL. I had some concerns and she interrupted me while I was speaking, wouldn’t let me finish, and she already had a diagnosis and meds for it. She told me I had heartburn and turns out, after seeing a competent doctor, I definitely DON’T have heartburn. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Bansal to my worst enemy. She will do in a pinch if you have strep or something, but if you have serious concerns about your health, I’d do elsewhere. She is rude and uncaring. Her staff is just as bad!
