My girlfriend and I attended a going away party for a co-worker. We reserved tables. Service was very slow. We were the first to place orders yet the last to receive our food. When it did arrive my sandwich was so soggy that I couldn’t even pick it up. My complaints with the food and service were brushed aside by the manager. We will probably never go back.

Well, i thought i posted this, but, at 63, not the most astute in computers, etc! My son and I went this evening, me to see great friends Ted and Bonnie, Partners! My 21 year old went, honestly, to eat! I am more than pleased to announce both of our goals were met, however mine doubly, as my food, as well as his, was yummy! My server was awesome; didnt get his name, but easy to identify by his kool hair style, like a Samauri warrior! Folks, been a SV resident since 1976, army, and I totally recommend this establishment. Great food, seriously, great entertainment, double seriously, and great patrons galore! I’ll be back. Hmmm, think someone else may have said that!

The service here is terrible unless you get a seat at the bar. No door greeter and that’s fine but no direction so eventually you just assume you can grab a table. So now the challenge is to find one that isn’t dirty. Then you have to wait for someone to notice you to even give you a menu, but they don’t. Even as they walk by to serve other tables. Once you finally get noticed then they ask you what you want, which wouldn’t be a hard question if I had a damn menu yet. You guys seriously need to get on the ball, it’s businesses like this that make Sierra Vista look bad.

The food and atmosphere is very good, the service is not good. The waiter that took our order did not smile, was absolutely stone faced. He did not write our order down, but did get it right. He never came back to ask if the food was prepared to our satisfaction. He did bring one of our party another glass of water, but did not ask if anyone else wanted another glass. When we were finished and ready to leave we waited and waited. The waiter was much too busy arranging a table near us. Finally, another waitress came and gave us the check, no offer of dessert, but at least she did smile. When the service is that bad, so is the tip. So I will give the waitstaff at Manda Le at big TIP, put a smile on the sour face and at least pretend you are glad we are at your restaurant, there are a lot of other restaurants that we could have gone to, but we chose yours, after this experience we will probably chose another.

Awesome place to hang out when we’re in Sierra Vista! Service is good, food is tasty & beer is plentiful! Gotta take the time to meet the locals. They make the place warm and friendly!

Nice little place to hang out. Amazing draft beer price and the food is not only good, but has a good price. My only real complaint here would be the early hours it closes and the restrooms Andrew normally in need of service. The bartenders are also quite slow– but in Sierra Vista this is to be expected. sadly. Overall decent place and a cool place to hang out.

Love going to this place. It’s a great bar and the food is so good with a huge variety to choose from. The wait staff is awesome as well. Give it a try. It’s so nice to be able to support a place that is good and NOT a chain!

Ive been here twice and the food is delicious but there seems to be some inconsistency. But for starters i thought the food, and dish sizes were awesome! First trip: kinda random place but i liked that it was secluded. Mexican and Asian food. Sports bar & dance club with traditional dining? The waitress/food service took a long time. but the food was AMAZING! Second trip: ordered the same delicious things, but they gave us eggrolls instead of spring rolls. Im a vegetarian now, and i asked the waitress what she brought and she insisted spring rolls(with pork and seafood? um, no.). I nicely sent it back. when we got the receipt i saw that eggrolls were voided from it… and then spring rolls. But they were nice about it. WILLCOMEBACK. Delicious food! I definitely recommend!

Food was pretty good but not great. Price is a little high for the quality of food. Good atmosphere. Good staff.

This is a great place for happy hour, if you don’t mind the upbeat music and noise. Bartenders are creative and friendly. Food is good, appreciate that they have specials. Tonight was lobster tail! Their seating offers private more intimate for couples, brighter for groups, and a nice area by dance floor for the happy hour over flow. I always have a good time here with friends and a great glass of red wine.

First time here tonight. Great drink prices and cool environment, service was slow. Really slow. For as many people that were there it was completely unacceptable. 4 – 5 bartenders, 15 minute wait for a beer. Basically had to scream for service. They were to busy talking to provide even half way decent service! Only reason they got 3 stars was because its cheap cheap cheap beer and decent food. Service, needs major work.

The service has always been good yet the food and drinks are hit or miss. I ordered one drink and it was super sweet, asked for another and it tasted like frozen milk yet on original visits drinks were fabulously made. I’ve gone back a few times as atmosphere is relaxing, fun, and entertaining yet figure the good bartender must have hit the road, and don’t waste money on buying their mix drinks anymore. The food is kinda the same way. Sometimes it is really good and made to perfection and other times it’s kinda bland, however, someone, sometimes a few in our group do end up with a good tasting meal, and we all nibble from it, conversate, and still enjoy our time spent there.

Interesting little place located way out in Sierra Vista. This place is rather eclectic in many facets, from their location, to their menu to their karaōke sessions lol. Honestly, the service here is pretty good and the food is as expected for this type of establishment. I’m still shocked by the amount of offerings or types of food this place serves. They serve the following types of food: comfort, american, asian, Italian, mexican and their home style menu. You can get pretty much whatever you want here… I played it safe and got a grilled cheese with fries, which was pretty good. The real beauty with this place lies within the beer and prices. I ordered a «big dog» shock top which was at least 32oz of beer, for $ 4! Awesome prices! Pros– Beer selection Bar Prices! Something for everyone on the menu Friendly Cons– Taste Trying to do too much Didn’t know what to order Lots of people drinking wayyy too much Odd layout

Great food, great service! All around the best bar in Sierra Vista. A place where bartenders actually remember you, and know what they are doing!

Took my parents here for lunch while they were here visiting from Florida. Also attended a memorial reception here. Both times the food was fantastic! The reception had a buffet which had many different dishes in both chicken and beef. I don’t eat meat but everyone told me it was delicious! The chips were freshly made and the salsa had a little bite to it. The guacamole was fresh and I used it on the chips. The salad was fresh and crisp. Both lemon and chocolate cakes. I had 2 pieces of the lemon, it was so moist! When I dined with my parents, I had the vegetable stir fry with rice and garlic bread. It was the best stir fry I have ever eaten in a restaurant. My mom had the same thing but with beef. She lived it! My dad had the French dip and said it was tender and very flavorful. All 3 plates had large portion sizes. The bill for 3 of us was about $ 35 with tip! Very reasonable! We will eat here again and I would recommend it. It was a bit loud when we walked in for lunch but we sat in the room with the waterfall and were able to talk and hear each other just fine. On some nights they have DJ’s or karaōke.

Just ate here for a company happy hour. I don’t have anything good to say. Let’s start with the service. It was horrendous. The waitress has no clue what liquor they had in stock. Also, she probably meant well, but her English was poor, to the point that she literally not understand what we were asking/telling her. The atmosphere isn’t terrible, it’s actually I nice building. But the décor is confusing, there were sports on TV and strobe lights by the bar, and table cloths and music in the dining area. The restaurant has no identity, it’s just very blah. The food. Absolutely the worst part and the food alone is the reason I won’t ever go back. Every single thing we had tastes frozen– the French fries, the calamari, you name it. We also ordered a sampler plate thy left much to be desired. We were so turned off, we stopped at the apps and grabbed Subway on the way home.

Headed to Sierra Vista this weekend to spend time with the folks and kiddos just before Christmas. My folks decided we should head here for a lunch. They state that the only time to come in the off hours because the staff seems more focused on the bar at the expense of the restaurant. Today I had the Phở(a vietnamese soup) and spring rolls to share with the parents. I normally really enjoy phở, but not so much this time. The flavor was kinda flat. I asked for some«cock sauce»(officinally Sriracha sauce). They pointed out the dab of sauce in a tiny dish, not really enough for my taste. The spring rolls were very tasty especially the sweet sauce served with them. But for me, the strangest was the food delivery. Normally all of the entrees all come out about the same time for a dining party. We only had 3 people, so one would think that should not be too hard. Mom got her entrée salad, probably about 5 minutes later, dad got his vietnamese noodle dish, and about 5 – 10 minutes I got my soup. Very strange. Not really conducive for a enjoyable dining experience. My folks said this was the norm for this place. There is nothing really drawing me back.

Atmosphere=okay; Food=less than okay-the fish and chips came with fish, coleslaw, and fried, no chips – the fish tasted horrible, the fries was awesome and the coleslaw tasted like eating mayonnaise.

Love! We live very close by and this is our regular hang out place. The wings are fantastic and so are the desserts. Make sure to hit up the weekend nights for great drink prices and live DJ.

Decided to try the place out since we were on this side of town. Tucked away behind the diner and McDonalds. We weren’t sure if the place was open for business(Monday in S.V.). Sent one of the kids in to make sure the doors weren’t locked. They were open! Went in and the place was dead. Only one other table was occupied and they arrived a few minutes before us. The Host/Waiter seated us next to each other, would have been nice to get a bit of separation since there was so much space. Ordered the Spinach/Artichoke Dip as an appetizer. It was decent, but we could have used some more bread to dip. Was gone about halfway through. The host/waiter was kind enough to bring out some bread rolls for us to finish it up. Main course was beef stir-fry(good portion and tasted great), Beef Tips(not bad), Italian Dumplings(so so) and Enchiladas(m’eh). The kids ending up getting two scoops of ice cream for dessert. All in all, not a bad experience(Definitely have had worse in S.V.). The host/waiter was attentive and food came hot and was well presented. If you’re looking for a quiet place to eat, I’d give this place a shot. ;)

SO this is a tough one. The food continues to be excellent. Risotto, seafood bisque, lamb, you name it it’s delicious. If I could rate the restaurant only on it’s food it would get 4 or 5 stars easily. But then we come to the wait-staff. It’s like this is the restaurant wait-staff go to to learn basics such as how to fill a water glass, because none of them can do it! They wear t-shirt and jeans and serve fine dining food? During one visit my mother finally just got up, walked over to the waiter’s area grabbed the pitcher of water and brought it back to the table. Our last visit my mother and I ordered the same meal but mine was rare and hers medium. So hers comes out first? Odd… but sure enough the waiter had placed my rare steak in front of my mother. The bartender had no idea what an Old Fashioned cocktail was. Simply put… go for the food NOT the service.

I liked Manda Lé. The food is all made in house, no prepackaged foods, and the quality is pleasantly surprising for Sierra Vista, AZ. We were a party of four and had the Lamb, Ribeye, Chicken Fried Steak, and grilled Shrimp. All was prepared well and to the proper doneness, which is rare in a rural area. The waitress was a little weird but that is quite common. Overall, my group had a great dining experience there.

Mediocre food with even worse service. This restaurant has a great location with great décor and an exciting looking menu. Our waitress took our orders and brought our food out. My food had the wrong sauce on it, but I didn’t have time to get a word in edgewise when she commented that my friend’s meal«looks disgusting, but I guess you are the one that has to eat it.» The entire meal she was bothersome and annoying and tried to hawk dessert, but we weren’t interested.
