I was really kind of annoyed when my family and I went to the buffet and only found salad, one bread stick, and sauce but within a few minutes the staff was able to meet the demand and finally caught up to the point where food was on the buffet and not instantly gone. Had we been in a hurry we would have ended up leaving. I really feel bad for the employees because several customers were rude and overly demanding to them however they had it together and we ended up having a good lunch. I’d like to thank all the hard workers that were here today! By the way batman was sooo awesome!!!

Excellent service with good pizza, even gluten free, yet this location does not have sandwhiches or salads on their menu. However, they do have a buffet/​salad bar.

My husband and I were craving taco pizza. I called it in for pickup, the person who took the order didn’t sound to knowledgeable of the menu. The pizza was done when we picked it up BUT right before my husband walks out the guy behind the counter says «oh we didn’t have all the ingredients to make it «. So we pretty much got a pizza with beef, cheese, and the tomatoes and onion cooked in the pizza. They also didn’t have sour cream, or salsa. Worst pizza ever he gave us free soda but I rather pay for the soda then the 17 dollar Half ass pizza. They ask for you phone number don’t you think you could of called us to let us know so we could order something different. Never again.

Love the garlic bread, naked wings, and the thin crust pizza. Marinara sauce is always super watery though and the sandwich 2 times have been rock hard

I ordered pizza to pick up at 4pm around 11am same day. I get here at 3:55pm and was told that my pizza was currently in the oven and needed to wait. I said «ok» thinking that it’ll be like 5 – 10 min wait and it’s already been 25 mins ongoing… there is no body else here in the restaurant but us. Tell me what is the point of ordering ahead online when it’s not going to speed anything up faster? Will not come back again. Good thing the party starts at 4:30pm and I estimated to pick it up 30 mins early.

Went here for there lunch buffet. Can’t beat it. $ 4.99 all you can eat. It was pretty busy but it’s lunch hour. Expect any place on fry to be busy during lunch lol. Service was awesome. They just told me to sit at a table and they would bring me my drink. They asked at least 3 times if I wanted anything else which I was not expecting for such a busy place during lunch.
Expect a crowd if you go for lunch. The dining area is pretty small so you got people walking all around you if your not sitting in on of the booths.
Service was great. Food was… Well it’s pizza hut so you should know. This is Americas fast food pizza joint. :)

The people/​kids working the couter were very rude and not very welcoming… it turns out I was in the wrong place and if they had been a little more nicer I might have ordered there instead… Domino’s next door is a better option… somewhat…
Update: My wife and I ate here and the food was really good and the service was a lot better. I would definetly go back.

Tonight my wife and I decided we were in the mood for pizza. Not wanting to drive to pizza hut bistro we settled on this location. Our server for the evening was Margarita. In a nutshell, the food was delivered fresh and piping hot but the service from beginning to end was HORRIBLE! We were the ONLY customers for the duration of our meal so there are no valid excuses for lackluster service and a dining room in need of a good sweeping. I will probably visit this restaurant again but for take out only… if that!
