We purchased a dishwasher at Lowe’s less than 2 years ago. It stopped working properly a month ago, so having purchased the service warranty, we called to make an appointmen to have it repairedt. Well, 3 appointments later(each one included a day off from work as they require that the warrantied customer be available for a five hour window), it is still not fixed. Lowe’s has no interest in helping us out with a Saturday appointment or a replacement dishwasher and have replied to our requests for better assistance with a «that’s too bad» attitude… too bad but you will have to take another day off from work and lose more money than the dishwasher is worth if you want it fixed… otherwise too bad for you. We will not ever make a purchase or enter a Lowe’s store again. Their customer service is terrible and their actual ability to repair anything is nil

I usually favor this place as my DIY go to store. Today, the service was horrible. I wanted to get vertical blinds cut to width but the lady working the dept was with a couple. So my son and I patiently waited. After 45 min without her even asking if we need any help or calling over another associate, we decided to put the materials back on the shelves and leave. We did buy some items and the checkout lady says they have been short handed lately after so many people recently quit. Well, this is not my problem. Your store should have enough adequate qualified people to assist customers. This wasn’t the first time I waited for some help here. I give this place 2 stars because I like the products and the checkout people are nice and friendly. I am heading to Home Depot to try my luck with vertical blinds there.

Thanks for the new double paned energy star window to replace the broken window! Thanks for the doors installation throughout the interior. Thanks for the repeated deliveries of products to our foreclosure home in Tombstone! We love all your help and we’ll come back for more.

I have always gotten great customer service and knowledgeable assistance shopping at Lowes. They are pretty much on par with Home Depot with most things, but I have found that their trees and plants hold up better than the ones I have gotten from the Home Depot in the past. I usually skip right over ACE these days, they lack the great selection that Lowes offers.

Store is filthy, looks like a second hand store with items scattered all over the place. Management is rude, flippant, and cavalier. I thought when Lowes came to Sierra Vista, we would finally be getting a first class building supplies store, unfortunately they seem to be just another big box store that doesn’t care about customer service.

The service and selection are consistently above par. This location has a large selection of home décor, which is great for a city that does not have a Bed Bath & Beyond, Crate n Barrel, or Pottery Barn. Also the plant store is extensive. I am a Lowes convert! Join the rewards club too.

If I had a choice, I’d go to Lowe’s over Home Depot here in Sierra Vista(though I like ACE hardware for certain things). All the representatives at Lowe’s today were very helpful, it was easy to navigate the store and their houseplant section was in much better shape than I’d seen at other stores. Plus, their prices seem a little more reasonable.

I go to Walmart and Target to pretty much get anything I need but when I need some sort of hardware or anything I go to Lowe’s. They have a very good supply and low to moderate prices. I would recommend this over Sutherland’s or Home Depot.
