I have rented tools from
in another state. I have come to expect quality tool rental and good customer service. The store in Sierra Vista, AZ, does not follow that pattern. I rented a chain saw from them that did not work. Was I supposed to insist they start it in the store BEFORE I left? Instead, I drove 10 miles to my job site only to discover this chain saw was inoperable. I took it back and even the employee, Bill, could not get it to work. I got a refund. However, I lost out on lost time and fuel costs.
If you want to rent any power tools, go to Spare Time Tools in Sierra Vista. They have better customer service and will rent you tools that actually work!
