UNBELIEVEABLE! Dont even think about using this DR OFFICE!
Robin is a huge waste. This office needs front office help — BAD! They have forgotten that they are there for HEALTHCARE, not business profit!
While moving from one carrier to another during open season, our old insurance expired on the 9^th. Today, the 11^th, my son needed to be seen for flu symptoms. Good ol’e Robin tells him no. They dont take private pay, and since we dont have our new cards we are considered to be dirt bags who wont pay our bill.
Steer clear of this office until they find someone else who actually CARES about their patients!
SIMPLY DISGUSTING!
