Excellent service! I am in the military and my husband and I showed up on a Friday afternoon needing to rent a house asap. Not only did AnnMarie show us houses, she also came in on Saturday to do our lease and give us keys. They definitely know how to make it easy on military moves.

One word, Garbage! If you like stuff not getting done, and being given the run around then this is the company for you.

This company is the reason my husband and I decided to buy our own home. The house we rented for 6 months was horrible. It needed maintenance badly. When I moved in the weeds were taller than the fence out back so we couldn’t do a walk though of the back yard. Then when I moved out they had the audacity to keep part of my deposit claiming they found dog dropping in the back. Well, sorry but the yard was so overgrown we couldn’t see it for the first 2 months and the fence was literally falling down and there were strays constantly roaming through. Best thing was when the sheriff showed up at the door looking for a prior tenant… apparently there had been some drug issues on the property but Long never mentioned that to me even though I have 2 children living with me. There maintenance was non-​existent, there customer service was also non-​existent. All they cared about was getting there check and then sticking you for any bill possible. I got 90% of my deposit back in the end but the amount of trouble I had to put into the house just to keep it livable was not worth it. So we bought a house because we never wanted to have to deal with another company like this again.

This is the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. They failed to maintain my property as indicated in our contract. They also failed to hold tenants liable for damages that they did. When I moved back into my home there were nail holes throughout the house, dings and chips to the drywall, damages to the stucco, etc… This is the worst property manager ever! If you own your home and are considering using a property manager, please do yourself a favor and find a better company. you may have to pay a higher monthly fee but it’s better than the damages you will have to repair that should have been the responsibly of a tenant. HOME OWNER BEWARE!!!

I called the office wanting to see a rental property that was on the market for at least 3 months, no answer, so I left a message. I called around 9 – 10 in the morning and my call was returned around 3 in the afternoon. By this time I had an appointment to see another home from another agency. The woman who I spoke to (Judy Figueroa was the name on the listing) was condescending and made it sound like she had all kinds of clients lined up to see the property and I was going to miss out. What, you think I like being treated like a little girl? She called me the next day and asked if I wanted to still see the property. The house is still on the market more than a week later and has already dropped 100 dollars in asking price. Nice move, glad this isn’t my home. Keep treating potential clients like crap and you won’t have any.
