Writer Mentoring by Rolf Forsberg

Writer/​Director Rolf Forsberg, now 91, offers low cost counseling and writing skills mentoring for the movie industry and beyond. He began his carear as a Shakespearean actor of some high merit. He was later a noted member of the famous PLAYWRIGHT’S THEATRE CLUB in Chicago in the mid 1950s, which birthed such talents as Mike Nichols, Ed Asner, Paul Sills, Viola Spolin, Josephine Raciti Forsberg, Sheldon Patinkin, Barbara Harris, David Shepherd, and Elaine May.
In 1964 Rolf Forsberg wrote and directed the award winning and groundbreaking film, PARABLE, which portrayed Christ as a clown and the world as a circus. He later went on to write and direct numerous revolutionary and award winning independent shorts and features which helped to change the world of cinema as we know it.
In his later years Rolf Forsberg wrote many works for The History Channel, Discovery, Biography, and the Travel Channel.
He is a stellar professional who knows and understands his craft as well as anyone. And he is willing and ready to pass his knowledge and his process on. At 91 he is as sharp as anyone — and the skills that he offers to share are invaluable.
