I just got off the phone with Aliba at Justine Sherman and I am extremely impressed. As a first-​time mom, I have some concerns about my 11 month daughter’s speech development. I had no idea if they were warranted or a figment of my imagination. Aliba spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me, listening to my concerns and answering the many questions I had. She provided me with suggestions, resources and an action plan if my daughter does not continue to improve.
Even though I was interested in getting an assessment done now, considering my daughters case, she suggested I wait and then invited me to email her at any time if I had more questions. Wow! That was way more than I expected! I had no idea that I could get that kind of information and feedback without paying for an appointment.
I am more than pleased. If my daughter does need speech therapy in the future I will most certainly be contacting Justine Sherman before anyone else.
