I think this place is permanently closed. Too bad-thought the chicken parmesan sandwich was good.

This was the best pizza in the area and now I heard that the Shorewood location is closed and I am so mad I didn’t buy more pizza there! Thin, crispy, and a great price I miss you delicious pizza so much! Come back!

From what I can tell, they’ve been closed since the holidays. There is a sign on the door, but I haven’t read it. All of the signage/furniture is in place, they’re just never open. They were much busier in the summer, especially with little league teams. Maybe they’re going to be seasonal? I like the pizza, and felt it got better after it was open about six months. Will order again if they open up. It does take 10 – 20 minutes to get your slices ready, so be prepared to wait(or call ahead).

I tried calling this place on three separate occasions for delivery. I double-checked their number in Unilocal, their FB page, and in the online yellow pages. My wife also called. They never picked up. It’s weird, and actually kind of irritating.

ORDERED: By the slice pizza, Pepperoni — $ 3.25, Maria(a pizza not an actual person named Maria) — $ 3.00 TASTED: Quality fast thin crust pizza! It wasn’t Trattoria Stefano(Sheboygan) and it wasn’t national chain either. Right in the middle. Fast. Inexpensive. Hit the spot! NOTICED: There was a large TV that was tuned to TBS playing«Meet the Fockers». Sprecher sodas on tap. Friendly service. Plastic utensils and shaky parm on the counter kinda place. The chrome stools have a shock absorber in them. QUALITY Roma tomatoes used even in the winter!!!

This pizza is amazing! Tonight we had the Tony, Calabrese, Garden(Fri. Only) and the Maria. I had bites of everything… so GREAT! This is definitely one of the best in MKE. Perfect for take-out. The staff is fantastic!

Like Ian’s Pizza? You’ll enjoy the slices at Al Calderone Club. One thing that stands out to me about Ian’s is the fabulous crust, and this place has the same style. Solid, won’t slop off the toppings. Crisp, but not crackery. Not too thin. Not too thick. I think the slice ran me $ 3.75, and it was a nice size. It should be noted that there is not much space for dining in during most months of the year. There are a few counter style seats at the window, but I think that was about it. But on warm days there are about 4 tables outside. They are enjoyable as Oakland is not very busy on the north end that Al Calederon Club occupies. I’ll be going back when I’m in the neighborhood. Oh, they accept credit cards, but only for orders over $ 5.(Although the owner had pity that I had just spent my last $ 2 at Alterra and ran my card anyway)

Really good thin crust pizza. They have a variety of special slices available at all times, and they are eager to find ways to make customers happy. We sampled a great slice, a chicken parmagian sandwich and a Ceasar salad — we liked all of them very much. Best of all though was the enthusiasm and confidence of Sonia behind the counter. She clearly loves her job and is a great advocate for the place. We will definitely be back!

Came in after a LONG day of work for a slice of thin crust. Seemed a bit pricey. They serve Sprecher sodas on tap — nice local touch. This will likely be a «I’m desperate for food and hungover» type place — as it’s literally right across the street from me. Nothing special though.

If you like your crust thin, crispy on the outside, and soft and chewy on the inside, this place has you covered. If you like Sprecher sodas, this place has them all on tap, with growlers available to go. Their Chicken Tuscany is the best artichoke pizza I’ve had outside of Artichoke Pizza in NYC. Their Meatball Mozzarella was also very tasty. Service was friendly and fast, we grabbed a seat outside, and she brought our slices out to us before it had even been the 10 minutes that she told us that it would be ready in. Have ordered from them for dinner before and was always pleased, but after stopping in for a slice on a nice day, decided it was time to write them a nice review.

I went here for the 1st time and the food was great. I had a Lorenzo chopped salad and it was really good. The pizza was NY style with good crust.

I didnt know a restaurant was allowed to be open to the public with out a place that the public can wash their hands? I was all excited about this place opening as its a great location on Oakland for a pizzeria but the in addition to the sanitation issue I will speak to in a minute the pizza was mediocre at best. They offer about 12 different slices and in new york style and then you can order whole pies with a thin crust. there are no slices however in the thin crust sadly. I picked up my undercooked piece of pizza and all the sausage fell off. This really is more of a take out place with about seating for 10. Now to the sanitation issue. they have one unisex bathroom and it was out of order today as there were bike races going on on Oakland but while we were there the races ended and someone came out and conveniently removed the out of order sign. Like I said before I thought a restaurant with seating was required to have a place for people to wash their hands open and available in order to be open for business. The menu also has some interesting sandwiches but I don’t think I’ll be returning.
