I love coming here on my lunches. Casey is the sweetest person and makes me feel so comfortable and at home even though I usually come with a moderate to large group. The portions are the best kind of healthy too so you actually get your money’s worth. My favorites: Bacon Potato Soup, Taco Salad, House made Potato Chips, Wicked Cider.

I give Jersey’s five stars if you are looking for reliable tasty bar food with good beer selections to match. My favorites are their club sandwich, anything with their fried chicken breast(sandwich, sliders, salads) and their steak sandwiches. I have yet to try everything but the only thing I haven’t been thrilled with is their burger. I hosted a birthday dinner for my husband here for 20 people and they could not have been more accommodating. They were more than happy to do separate checks and took great care of us despite having another huge party on the bar-side of the restaurant.

We came here for a Seahawks game one Sunday. Surprisingly, it wasn’t too full. Service was pretty solid and the food is surprisingly good. I got the hog wings and would definitely order them again. Parking can be an issue here though. I had to park across the street at the old Top Foods.

A nice mix of bar and restaurant, the menu is pretty solid, servers do a nice job of keeping things moving. Drinks are stiff and there is a nice selection on the drink menu to keep coming back to try new things out. It can get a tad bit loud in there on busy nights, but hey, it’s a cool local watering hole that is worth checking out. Plenty of large TV screens, and a few machines to keep you entertained in the bar. Start a tab, sit back, relax, and have a great time.

This is a good place to meet a friend for a drink. They have a small beer selection and a few«signature» cocktails, including beer cocktails. They also have a small happy hour menu. Ordered a quesadilla which is usually not an item I like but it was actually pretty good. The staff were friendly and overall it’s a decent place. Additional parking can be found in the parking garage on midvale ave.

Just wanted to chill today and watch the Seahawks without having to cook or bbq today. So I came here with friends. HH from 3 – 6 is great! Good selections of drinks. Buffalo hot wings on par. Servers are great –very quick and very attentive. Limited parking though. All in all, As good as it gets.

I’d give it 3.5 stars ideally. Good drink selection, including cider(my favorite). They have some good happy hour deals as well. I love their buffalo chicken sandwich… it’s one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. DH isn’t so much of a fan of their burgers, which he’s tried both times we’ve visited. The fries are always very soft too, not sure if we’ve just gotten unlucky. We haven’t been in for a Hawks game yet but there are a lot of TVs so this would be an ideal place for catching a game. Service is not outstanding, but perfectly acceptable. Over all, it’s a good local bar and the buffalo chicken sandwich alone will lure me back!

My fiancée and I just bought our first home down the street and have been in probably like ten times already. Sports, sports and sports! great TV viewing area in the bar and they have a projector as well. Good amount of tap beers with a few local breweries. We have always gone in mid day and have had the most amazing bar tender and service from her, always friendly and remembers your face. Happy hour has tons of great deals and my favorite is the buffalo chicken wings. Solid bar food, good TVs, and large amount of tap beers, highly recommend.

I’ve probably driven by this place 500 times through the years; I used to live not too far down the street. There was never anything about the outside that caught my eye or gave me any sense that anything interesting was happening inside, but it generally seemed fairly busy. It suddenly dawned on us Saturday night that we had been meaning to watch the Stanley Cup Finals, and we were already on the way to something else. We hustled in here to catch as much of the game as possible, and were very pleasantly surprised by the food and the service. Outside, yeah, you’re not getting much. It’s next to an auto lube place and it looks like it could have been built at the same time, if not by the same exact crew. There’s really not a heck of a lot of parking, but it’s pretty big inside, so you might have to get creative(i.e., it’s probably a good idea to come here after the place next door has closed for the day). Inside, there’s a dining room to the left and a bar to the right. The host station is tiny, and the bathrooms are right off the«lobby.» The bar has seating for about 50 – 60 people, and it looks like this is probably a REALLY fun place to watch a Hawks game. There’s a mix of booths, tables, and highboys. There are 8 – 10 decent-sized flat screens around the room. They happily switched one of them to hockey for us(only one other group was there for the Cup final, so only one other TV had it on. Everyone else seemed to be either watching golf or not watching the tube.). The menu is surprisingly extensive, even for happy hour. Without being pushy, they really make sure you know to order in time for HH, which is a nice touch. There are a dozen appetizers on the HH menu, and the regular menu is another four pages. The hog wings on the HH menu are awesome – plenty of meat, very tender, nice little touch of heat on the outside, beautifully seasoned and virtually greaseless. 3 good-sized«wings»(they’re ribs, you know) for $ 7. The beer and cider lineup is surprisingly workable for a place that fills its windows with neon signage for nothing but industrial breweries. You think you’re only going to have Bud, Miller, and Coors, but they had a couple decent ciders and a fresh-tasting keg of Bale Breaker, with a couple other decent choices, too. You get heavy paper napkins and fresh silverware(nice touch) with each«course.» For dinner we had a burger and a french dip. Both were on ciabatta and cut on the bias, alongside a huge basket of fries. The burger had plenty of cheese and bacon flavor, a nice juicy patty that tasted like balanced seasonings(rather than just overwhelming you with ground chuck flavor), and plenty of chopped lettuce. The French dip tasted like roast beef that had never been frozen, with good sweet onion flavor added. The au jus was a bit salty but that’s easy to lessen(just dip it less). The fries could be great, but they’re not quite there. They’re russets, which leaves them a bit limp, and they probably didn’t get cooked quite hot enough the first time. They did seem to have gone through the fryer twice, though, which is a good sign. The flavor was pretty right on, but they didn’t quite have that crispness or puffiness that makes people drive miles and miles for your fries. They weren’t greasy, exactly, but a bit limp and damp still. Almost there. The service was awesome. There were a couple servers on, who visibly checked on us every time they passed, but the bartender took our table and did a perfect job. She checked on us before our drinks ever emptied, she checked on us a few times before HH ended, she made sure we had absolutely everything at every stage of the meal(which lasted a couple hours since we were watching a game). She was funny, sweet, enthusiastic, and charming. This place must have a ton of regulars. Wish I lived closer again; I’d be one too.

Based on my last visit, I’m completely revamping my review. I stopped in for a beer again, because that Grease Monkey next door is my go to oil change spot. The service was great this time, and the beer cold. Side note, it was raining pretty hard and all but two of the tv’s were out because they have Direct TV. This could be a problem for viewing sports in the winter in Seattle, just saying. The food has been hit or miss honestly, and I’ve eaten here 5 or 6 times. The most consistently good being the Hog Wings. Not a bad lil’ sports bar in Shoreline. Worth my money again for beers and app’s again.

I’ve only been to the bar, this place is a wonderful place to watch football on Sunday’s since they have about 15 televisions with each game labeled underneath. Drinks are fine, food the two times we ate there was good. Happy hour quesadilla was great yet I’ve never had ground chicken in a quesadilla. Breakfast was pretty good. If you get the first booth to your right, you’ll get a private tv and a booth for 5 or more. This is the definition of a great sports bar! We love it. Parking lot is small so I recommend going across the street.

Drove past Jersey’s Great Food and Spirits for years, but finally the family and I decided to check it out for the first time for ‘linner’ or ‘dunch’. Major bonus they have Happy Hour daily specials between 3−6pm. Lots of cars in the main lot, but overflow parking can be had along the uncovered area of the Shoreline City Hall lot(located behind the restaurant, oil change place, and doctor’s office — note the posted signs). To the right is the bar 21+, to the left is the main dining area where you just seat yourself. We showed up a little after 3pm with a sports team having a big raucous group meal. Both TVs had the Portland-Orlando soccer game and the other had the Mariners-A’s game(thankfully the Ms pulled off a win!) on the restaurant side. Truly felt like a real well worn sports bar with lots of baseball and football memorabilia, but what’s the selling point was the tantalizing grilling smells from the kitchen. There’s the main menu, but we decided to order off the HH menu instead. Decent service — two wait people working together in tandem, especially covering the bar, this big sports team, and the three of us. Beverages included a cider($ 4) and a Sprite($ 2, with generous refills). We selected a variety of Happy Hour specials, which overall were very tasty. JoJo Skins — baked potatoes topped with melted cheese, real bacon bits, and green onions. Sour cream on the side($ 5) Steak Tacos — pair of carne asada tacos with veg and sour cream garnish($ 8) Steak Quesadilla — 10 inch diameter tortilla folded over but generously filled with grilled carne asada and melted cheese. Fresh pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole on the side($ 8) A spritz of lime would have absolutely sealed the deal. Baby Back Ribs with a generous pile of French fries($ 7). The house BBQ sauce was really delicious. Tender, flavorful meat. Sauce on everything was spot on, the ketchup was pretty much ignored. For dessert we shared an order of the Chocolate Confusion Cake($ 6.95) which was a cake slice with dense chocolate layers, Oreo cookie crust, rich ganache filling, drizzled with chocolate sauce and two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Our first time visit left a favorable impression… tasty bar grub that left the three of us full and satisfied. Glad we checked out Jersey’s Great Food and Spirits in Shoreline.

Tried again tonight, food was mediocre at best, service was as terrible as ever and they screwed up our order again, eating in. It’s pretty sad as I’ve been a loyal customer for years but there are much better places to spend my money than at Jersey’s. Sorry, Jerseys. As mentioned before I can deal with bad service and even mediocre food but your staff shows they have little to no passion & don’t give a damn about the customer. I doubt I will ever return as the management clearly could care less & the ownership cares even less.

I live right down the street from this place and considering that I don’t have a car, combined with the serious dearth of Shoreline bars/restaurants in general… I’m in here a couple of times a week, almost always alone. One of my favorite things to do is go solo to bars and restaurants and eat/drink slowly while reading. Jersey’s is more than accommodating. Everyone has pretty much memorized my drink order by now and I, in turn, have almost memorized the menu… although if I forget, no one seems to mind if I just hop over to the hostess station and grab one myself! I almost always just get well drinks, so they’re not really worth mentioning. Bloody Marys are slightly cheaper than a similar version in Seattle. What really sets Jersey’s apart from other sports bars(which I normally HATE) is the food! I will ignore entire sportsball games and dodge Seahawks-merchandise-bedecked bros if it means I can chomp away in peace while reading a depressing memoir about someone’s deprived childhood in Ireland circa 1935. I usually get the pulled pork sandwich or sliders, which is amazing. I also highly recommend: –Big Blue salad. HUGE portion– I usually end up taking some of it home. Easily one of the best entrée salads I’ve had anywhere. –Happy hour tacos, chicken or steak. Chicken is only $ 6! And I saw someone else compare Jersey’s taco prices to Darrell’s taco prices. Dude, Darrell’s has tacos only on Tuesday and while I love Darrell’s as a bar, I think eating any food(or food-like substance) prepared within is a recipe, so to speak, for disaster. They have carpet on the WALLS for christ’s sake. –Vanilla burnt crème dessert. Totally simple but really good. –Seafood chowder– get the bowl! –Any of the express lunches. Several choices for under $ 8 on weekdays from 11 to 2. Yeah, it’s not totally remarkable or anything, but it definitely fills a need in Shoreline, and it fills it well.

I have never given a 1 star review before. but the waitresses here were absolutely horrible. They were rude and literally yelling at our table. We had a group of 10 and you would’ve thought we had 100. Never coming back. Addendum: They told us they were out of scrambled eggs!!! But I could get fried eggs. WAITWHAT!?!

I went here with a large group of friends for the Chiefs vs. Seahawks game a few weeks ago. I can tell the waiters at this establishment were stressed out. I was told that they were understaffed and was waiting for a few more waiters to come and help us out. Although I totally understood that the service would take long, they made a big deal out of it and consistently told us this when we ordered more drinks which got pretty annoying after a while. Anyway, the bloody marys were some of the best restaurant bloody marys I’ve had! Not too much tomato juice and not too stiff, the perfect combination to cure a hangover. I also had the country fried steak and eggs and this was very good as well! Even with the under staffing mishap, the food and drinks were enough to make up for it! I will definitely come back here for a game sometime soon.
