Done Right Plumbing & Heating

I am very satisfied with this company. I called Steve on Super Bowl Sunday and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone. We scheduled service for the next day. Him and another team member showed up early to the scheduled appointment; after calling to ask if that was okay. I had a couple problems with the old sewer line getting backed up frequently due to tree roots. They snaked the line and investigated my problem areas that needed repairs. I also asked him on the spot if he could give an estimate for a leaking shower I had inside. Every estimate I received was fair and the work was done with ease and precision by Steve and his team, all finished by early the next day; and there was a lot of work to be done! The final bill was fairly priced and discounted the way he had estimated initially. At the end of it all I am very delighted with this company and would recommend them to anyone with any sort of sewer/​plumbing issues, for sure!!!

The owner, Steve, was an hour late to do my estimate. Walked into my home like he owned it, was rude and surly and did not apologize for being late. He then tried to bully me into replacing my water line and said, «We are not a cheap company, so if you want to spend less you should hire someone else.» Charming.
When I asked him what his estimate would be if I chose not to replace the waterline, he said he wouldn’t take the job. Talked to another plumber and he told me my water line was fine.

I really like these guys. Very honest and no scammers. My bathroom needed some drywall work, because of shower mystery splashes. Drywall work hit setback when Doug figures the deep problem is the bath plumbing. No idea what though.
I decide on Done Right. Already the job could easily involve blowing through bath tiles to get to plumbing. They also do remodeling. Bases covered.
They scope behind the bath wall, and it’s the shower diverter valve. Thing is, the plumbing is copper, but the valves are old. Back leaking around through the stem. Leak wouldn’t have revealed itself had I not renewed the caulking around the valve cover.
In the end, they saved me a lot of money by finding the correct replacement valve instead of punting the remedy up to another tier. I actually did research the serial numbers on the new valve’s packaging, and couldn’t find find the part online. They also did a nice job recaulking the fixture covers.

Steven returned our call within 10minutes and was at our door within the hour! He quoted us $ 85-​$ 100 to clear our clogged drains – very reasonable. Not only did he clear our clogged drains he stayed extra and even went into our crawl space to identify the problem of our drains being clogged every few months. Which was the piping was too small. He went above and beyond to help us and we have hired him and his team back to replace the piping (which when memory served we were told that by our home inspector 6 years ago! — but forgot in the excitement of being first time home owners) Of all the years of having plumbers come to clear our clogs – Steven is the first to take the time to figure out why this is repeatedly happening! We have found our permanent plumber for sure! I would recommend Steven hands down to anyone in the area.
