I called Pipe Doctor yesterday and scheduled someone to come by my house at 11AM. I received a call at 1030AM asking if I could rearrange my schedule so they could come at 130PM instead. I agreed and waited around from 130−210PM waiting for someone to come. At this time, I called and no one answered. I have called 8 times with no response and I have left a voicemail. It is now 515PM and I never received a call that anyone would be late or not coming.
This has been a horrible experience. If I had known no one was going to show up, I would have called someone else, but I am unable to use my kitchen now. Common courtesy would have been to reschedule or let me know the situation.

We went through 4 plumbers and a contractor before we found someone who was capable and comfortable replacing the main water shut off valve in our basement and the line that connects to the street. The Pipe Doctor had clearly done this before. The owner and his crew were fast, cleaned up after themselves, great customer service. If you need plumbing work done check them out first

The Pipe Doctor came to the rescue when other plumbers never returned calls and over priced the project. I’ve worked with a lot of plumbers and would recommend these guys first!!!
