Old Navy

Wanted to give more stars! Great selection of clothes! However the 20 minute wait at checkout sucked. Once at register — cashier was beyond perfect! Wasn’t her fault at all.

While this Old Navy is very nice and clean and the employees are friendly, its my least favorite to shop at. I realize its on Hall road and it is busy but to me, that’s not an excuse to not have enough cashiers. There always seems to be MORE than enough people on the floor but never enough people working the register. I was there at 3pm the other day. The store was busy but nothing too crazy — but there was 1 person working the register. And that 1 person was assisting someone with a return and there was an issue. As the line started to get longer and longer (I was third in line) No joke — it took about 15 minutes for another associate to come up to the register and that associate was in no hurry. I have never seen someone ring up items so slowly. You could tell the woman he was assisting was getting annoyed. FINALLY another associate was called up — again, he too moved at a snails pace. By the time I finally got to the register — I had been in line for a good 30 minutes. I am usually a very patient person and it takes a lot to annoy me — but that Old Navy tests my patience every single time. Maybe I just go at really bad times? But it never fails — I either end up standing in line for an absurd amount of time, or I stand in line for so long — I put my items down and leave. I think going forward — I will just stick to the Old Navy on Coolidge or the Old Navy on Rochester Road. I never seem to have issues there.

being able to shop at Old navy for the 1^st time ever, as I can now get clothes off there rack vs. Casual Male is a joy!
Plus it seemed everything was on sale 30%40%
Purchased some nice lose fitting jeans for less than $ 20 & a wicking micro shirt for $ 6.
Noteworthy is the VERY responsive manager Tiffany, who brightens everyone’s day !
4 stars because although it is a very busy high volume store, the lines can be long with the constant upsell & do you want to save 10% by opening a charge drill.
