McDonald’s

Hey it’s me again. I come to this Donny’s location very often and I would have to say it disappoints every single time. I usually end up leaving this location sad and depressed, albeit, no longer hungry! This location is absolutely pathetic. The other day me and my comrades got seated at our table and the waitress gave us our menus and we looked at the menus for a solid 22 minutes and the waitress NEVER came back to see what we wanted. I began to cry so I could get her attention but I noticed pretty quickly that that was not going to do the job. I was fed up with waiting finally so I walked on up to the cash register and I stood there for another good 9 minutes until finally an employee noticed I existed. Her introduction to me was beautiful. «You finna get something?!», she said ever so elegantly. I was too hungry to be mad at this point so I just ignored that and ordered. The food took about 15 minutes to be delivered to my table, which totals to about 1 hour and 23 minutes of waiting. All I got was a McDouble and it was nothing special, to be honest. UPDATE, last night I just got off working a 27 hour shift at the office so I was really hankering for a McDouble. I pulled up to the drive-​thru and the guy said «sorry bro lmao all we got rn is ice creams». So I proceeded to drive to the next McDonald’s nearest me, which is on Hall Road, I’ll continue my McDonald’s review on that page. ¹⁄₄

i literally work here and this place is fucking disgusting we have a fly problem no ones taken care of the food sits forever and i get too many complaints from customers saying their filets and coffees are cold the workers here are rude as hell and everytime im doing register and one of my customers complain about one of my coworkers attitude i just apologize to them and tell them i am looking for a new job because i am so embarrassed to be part of this team the people behind grill barely wear hairnets n the only good person here is a manager with white/​blonde hair they make the customers wait forever for their food because the people working behind grill are usually off talking and slacking around but then yell at others for doing the same things i get so many angry customers coming in pissed as fuck because theyve been waiting over 20 minutes for some nuggets that only take 3 minutes to cook some of my coworkers are so rude and give my customers a attitude and it makes me disappointed no one has done anything about them im currently looking for a new job because this place is honestly fucking gross.

This might be the worst McDonald’s in the area. Waiting over 20 minutes for two happy meals after waiting in the drive through for 10. Rude manager who couldn’t care less. Next time, we will keep driving and choose another location.

Horrible service the past few times here. But today topped the list. Not only did I have to wait for my food because the employee running the register «didn’t know» how to put food on a tray and give it to customers, but they had another employee come in and I watched her spit her gum out into her hand and throw it away and start to prepare food. Absolutely disgusting. I promptly asked for a refund from management and took my business elsewhere.
Combine that with being forgotten in the drive thru one night, and constantly having my order wrong or messed up and I am never coming to this location again.
Don’t come to this location if you’re looking for fast food.

Worst McDonald’s never get my order correct! Some team members are very unprofessional they made me wait 45 mins for my food on purpose because one if the mangers doesn’t like me and same with a crew member just because you don’t like some one doesn’t mean you screw my order up!!! One of the managers said she would take care of them but they still work there and my orders are still always wrong!!!

Well what do we need to know about another McDonalds?
This location’s drive thru teams, does a very good job. As the wait is minimal.
Each & every order Ive placed here has been accurate & complete.
My only beef was the prices seemed higher than my normal McDonalds. I will confirm & reevaluate later if need be
