Subway

Few times I have been here, the employees are always friendly and professional. All sandwich ingredients have been fresh and abundant. Sure they raised price to $ 6, but what hasn’t gone up?

Customer service is very unsatisfactory. They’re slow as hell and yell at each other a lot. Took 45 minutes for my 6 inch frickin sub for cryin out loud… This is ridiculous. When I finally got that sub though… HOLY HELL! It was amazing and well worth the wait! Glad I came. No matter how bad the customer service is I’ll keep coming back!

Not all Subways are created equal. I walked in this place at 1:30 only to be greeted by a contractor installing an «open» sign on chains hanging from the ceiling right in front of the door. I had to squeeze past his ladder and cover my head because I didn’t want anything to fall on me. My question is why would you install the sign around lunch? Why not do it before the restaurant opens, closes or at a slow time of the day? Just plain annoying.
This was a family bought franchise. I can tell because the whole family was in and around the restaurant! They had 2 of their kids playing in the booths. Their grandmother watching them and coming up to the line talking to the other family members. I think it was the sister, brother and mother behind the counter. All together there were 7 family members and only 3 customers in the restaurant. Just seemed unprofessional.
The sandwiches were ok. Nothing special but they were out of the bread that I wanted. I want all family owned businesses to do well so I hope the family reads this and keeps it in mind that they need to run a tighter ship.

This Subway is particularly disgusting, it’s like they try to not care. The veggies were all old and when I asked if they had anything fresh the Indian lady looked at me like it was funny. Pretty gross. Just don’t go here.

Rubber, mechanically separated chicken on stale wheat bread. Sounds delightful I’m sure but don’t go here unless that’s what your in the mood for.

Ive been here twice & most recently tonight.
Truly a very friendly Subway & Hospitable staff, as they add /​delete any & every item without a attitude. They actual smile & take pride in there work.
Recently Subway corporate, changed the ways they assemble/​make the salads, and I’m still not to sure about it.
They used to load & make it in the container, now its assembled in a large mixing bowl & they chop it /​mince it, then transfer it to a to go bowl.
As it used to fill & jam pack the to go salad bowl, now it is closer to ¾ full.
Any SUB made into a salad for $ 6
