Awesome service, prompt service and a reasonable price. They replaced a battery in my iPhone 4S and the charging port for much much less than apple and not much more than the cost of parts off eBay. I’d highly recommend letting someone with experience fix your phone, it’s worth it!

I came to this place after my camera lens was completely scratched and the home button on my iPhone started to give up. I originally went to the store in Warren, but the gentleman attending the desk admitted that he wouldn’t be able to do the job because he didn’t feel comfortable doing this job. Although annoying because it forced me to drive an extra 25 minutes to another store, I sincerely appreciate his sincerity and willingness to admit that there was somebody who could do a better job than him. In this age of people willing to take your money for anything., it’s refreshing to see that somebody has your interests in mind and not only the contents of your wallet.
The guy at the Shelby store was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had already had to replace my iPhone’s screen in Boston (see my Boston iPhone Repair review) and he immediately picked up on that. At that point I knew my iPhone was in good hands. He even mentioned that the home button seemed fine but I explained the situation and proceeded as per my wishes, another sign that he just didn’t need my money at any cost.
In the end he only charged me $ 60 for replacing the home button and the camera cover on the back of the phone. I was in and out in 20 minutes and definitely recommend this place for iPhone repairs. The guy in this store knows his stuff and will get your phone up and running in no time.
