Shame on you! Lady who runs this organization needs «people» skills! I have donated to your organization several times in the past but NEVER again after the treatment my elderly parents received! After losing their long time pet after a long and expensive battle with cancer, we turned to second chance to help replace their lost family member. What a horrible experience. I am happy to say that they have rescued a wonderful companion from a reputable organization and are looking for many happy years ahead!

. Their volunteer, Nancy, took several hours with me to discuss adopting a pet. Pretty good!
