Great food. A favorite place of mine! When it’s Mexican it’s MI Pueblo! Completely authentic Mexican food. Great $$

Very busy place. Guacamole mix was excellent. Ordered crab enchiladas and was devastated. Imitation crab??? How do you get away with that? It was wrapped in soggy taco with the white sauce that was awe full. Rice was flavorful. Margarita saved the meal.

Still one of my favorite places for Mexican food. Had the Burrito de Domingo. Packed with chicken and steak and chorizo. Smothered in two different cheese sauces. Definitely a new favorite item. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Love this place.

We have been to many Mexican food places in the area but this is by far the best! They have an extensive menu and it was hard to choose. I ordered the Burrito Cancun which comes stuffed with marinated shrimp, tomatoes and onions and covered with cheese. Wow! It was like a party in your mouth. The flavors were amazing! My husband ordered the Shredded Beef Chimichanga(can’t remember the actual name). He said his was also delicious. My entrée came with Mexican white rice with some lettuce and sour cream on the side. His came with yellow rice. He also said the marguerita was very good. The place was crowded on a weeknight but we got a table very quickly. Another nice plus, was that your entrée is served on a plate that is very hot so the food stays warm through your entire meal. Even though this was a bit of a drive from our house, we will definitely be back.

Great Mexican food, service to get the food was really fast. Nothing bad to say about this place. I’ll be back for sure.

The atmosphere is cozy. Good Margharitas. The guac making cart is pretty cool. The food is average at best. Have had some not-so-personable male waiters. The tacos are at par with taco bell. Chicken tossed together with grated kraft cheese and it comes out in 2 minutes, which is highly suspect. Nothing else in the taco. No onions, no garnish, nothing. They also come out with soggy soft taco shells. Have not been back here in a year as I frequent Severna Park’s other brand new Mexican restaurant now.

I have eaten at this restaurant twice and I am sorry; the food here is horrible. It is beyond bad. Don’t waste your time and money.

Been there several times and have never had satisfactory food. Last time I was there my beef with my fajitas was burnt, and my friends chicken was very dry. Plaza garabaldi, which is up ritchie more, is MUCH better.

I have been to Mi Pueblo II a few times, and I have always found it quite good. I did not fully understand the Guacamole cart the first time, and was a bit annoyed they did not tell me the price. It showed up with the free chips and salsa, and I think a price posted on the cart would have helped me say NO! But it was fresh, and good, the only time I will ever try it. Food was good and servings generous. Nice Mexican Restauant atmosphere. It is our go to Severna Park Mexican restaurant now, a solid 4out of 5.

Good ambiance. Decent food, but still have some work to do to catch up with the original Mi Pueblo in Glen Burnie. Wait staff could be a bit more attentive to improve this rating as well.

I hate writing this review, but i feel like its my duty. We have been here a few times, its what i call OK Mex, nothing like my wife from New Mexico makes. Good drinks, great guac cart, ok food, good service. Unfortunately, for everyone, we got bad chicken in a taquito. 2 were on the plate, 1 was bad. And i mean rotten meat. I can only assume this was a rotation problem, however, unacceptable. Blows all the other aspects. If you have rotten meat, at ANY time, your process is broken. Be careful here. We wont be back, obviously.

Fairish take on Mexican cuisine here, although it doesn’t nearly compare to what I can find out on the West Coast(but then, to be fair, NOTHING on this side of the Mississippi can compare). Still, I’ve had better Tex-Mex even for this area. The guacamole cart is definitely a novelty, and I could see it being quite popular. However, I wasn’t willing to spend nine dollars on an individual order of it — too much. I ordered cheese nachos for an appetizer, and an order of «enchiladas don Lupe», which is apparently two cheese enchiladas and two potato enchiladas with Spanish rice, sour cream, and the usual garnishes one would come to expect from a meal like this. It was just… okay. No spice whatsoever — it’s clear that this place caters to an Americanized palate, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but… eh, I don’t know, I was expecting much better than what I actually received. My husband ordered the #5 veggie combo, which consisted of a chili and cheese relleno, a cheese enchilada, Spanish rice, and refried beans. His reaction was much the same as mine — this is just«okay», nothing mind-blowing or impressive. The service was very efficient and they couldn’t have been nicer, so there’s that. The place was sparkling clean, definitely a positive. Would we return? If we’re in the area, maybe, but we wouldn’t make a special trip out here for the food. There’s just other places in the area that we know are better.

I have driven past Mi Pueblo II many times but never really considered going there until recently. Well, I am glad I did because it is now my favorite local Mexican restaurant by far. My boyfriend and I have been there twice. For an appetizer, we ordered a chorizo quesadilla. The appetizer portion has nothing but chorizo in it and is not served with any sour cream, guac, or pico de gallo. Judging from our time spent in Mexico, it was very authentic. We prefer corn tortillas typically, but the chorizo was so good it didn’t really matter. Each time, I got the same thing– Arroz con pollo. On both occasions, the chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, and all-around delicious. There was a little bit of melted cheese on the chicken and it was just the perfect amount, unlike other restaurants that choose to cover the dishes in melted cheese. My boyfriend ordered the Chile Colorado the first time, which was amazing. It was so full of flavor. We love spicy food, and the nice thing about this dish was that the spice was not overwhelming the taste, but it slowly built up by the end of the meal. The second time, he ordered the Chile Verde which was equally as delicious. I preferred the Colorado, but only because of the spice. The service each time was friendly and efficient. We couldn’t have been happier with our experiences there and will certainly be returning!

I was so excited to eat here because I love Mexican food! The restaurant was not very crowded for lunch and our waiter was super nice! We started off with the guacamole cart which was fantastic!!! We had everything added in and it was amazing! We were also given a bowl of salsa which tasted like it came out of a can. For lunch we ordered the burrito special, the enchiladas and a lunch special number five. The rice was orange and tasted like white rice with tomato seasoning on it, the refried beans tasted like they were out of a can and the rest of the food could be compared to a TV dinner. The flavors were not there at all.

We drove by Mi Pueblo II and it was packed on a Wednesday night– there’s no better advertisement than that! Our wait was about 10 minutes and it allowed us just enough time to look at the menu before we were seated. Tableside guacamole was offered to us as soon as we sat down, but we were perfectly happy with the chips and salsa that were provided. The salsa had great taste and was not too spicy. I ordered the Chori Pollo which was the best Mexican dish I have ever had. The chorizo and chicken we’re done perfect, over Mexican rice that had the perfect amount of spice for me. My hubby ordered a quesadilla with steak, shrimp and chicken and it had great flavor also. Our order came out of the kitchen before we knew it, very friendly service, excellent prices and quality food. I would definitely recommend Mi Pueblo II.

Twelve years in San Diego has most definitely spoiled my taste buds when it comes to Mexican food but overall, Mi Pueblo II is bueno. The food here is tasty. I’ve been several times and never disappointed with my meal but I will admit it isn’t as tasty as what I can get just 30 miles north of the border in SD. The verde pork burrito was a pleasant surprise on my most recent trip. Also, I like the guacamole cart and very expansive menu. Other highlights include the service which has always been great here. Plus, I like that I’ve never had to wait for a table. Not only is this restaurant big, but it has a very fun, Mexicanny interior. With the cool décor you forget you are in SP. I do find the ultra-springy, or perhaps sprung, booths a little uncomfortable but once I have had a few sips of my margarita and a handful of chips I tend to forget about that.

More like 3.5 stars Stumbled upon this place one Saturday night after playing some mini golf. The restaurant wasn’t too crowded and we were promptly seated. The restaurant features a somewhat extensive menu so there should be something even for picky eater. Best part? The guacamole cart. Fresh, made to order, and delicious. The floors were a little slippery but otherwise, all good. I would eat there again

I was really excited to try this new place for lunch, as it has received great reviews. The staff was very friendly and the décor was very cute, although there seemed to be a plethora of people just standing around with nothing to do. They came around with a guacamole cart to be made in front of the table, which was delicious! Certainly the tastiest part of the meal! Order this! For the mains, I got the taquito lunch and my mom got the burrito, enchilada, and quesadilla combo. Taquito lunch — sadly inedible. The taquitos were fried beyond repair so that the chicken inside was so dry that I could not even chew it. I only took one bite from each, hoping one could have been a mishap. Rice and beans were good though. Combo lunch– it doesn’t clarify, but the quesadilla is just cheese, enchilada beef and burrito beef. However, they nicely let us swap chicken in the burrito. Sadly, this chicken was also very tough and over cooked. The enchilada was quite tasty. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be returning, as there are other lunch spots that are more tasty
