I’m visiting sequim from sf and came here twice for a quick breakfast. We were seated fast and were helped by a women named Kristin both times. She took the time to explain our options and their deals. She ended up saving each of us a couple bucks.
When we cashed out we got into our car and began to drive away when we seen Kristen running up to our car. We had dropped money under the table, she was returning it to us! We were all kind of in disbelief at her honesty, all we could say was thank you over and over again.
I have yet to receive service this great in any other ihop location. So, big thanks to Kristin for making our visit great & for your good deed.

IHOP is an American institution. This one changed ownership last Sept. and we found it had deteriorated to a very sad state. This is the first time I’ve left no tip in years, but the service was inattentive, the wait was irritating, and the food, even breakfasts sub-​par! My senior tilapia portion was tiny, smelled fishy, looked dried out in places, was accompanied by a heap of instant mashed potatoes, and was not worth the money. Yuck!!!

This IHOP makes good food for breakfast but don’t go here for dinner. I ordered chicken fried steak. It was ok but the broccoli tasted like it was cooked in the microwave only worse. None of the food at our table was very good just ok. We left feeling like we dumped our money down the drain.
Their breakfast has been really good the two times we have gone here. My only complaint is that I ordered a build your own breakfast. It says you can pick your flavor of pancakes from that page. Well I asked my waitress if that also meant the pumpkin pancakes and she said yes. When I got my bill I was charged extra for the pumpkin pancakes. It would of been fine if she would of told me that when I asked.

While I’m not generally a fan of the big nation-​wide chains that are the same in Topeka Kansas as in any other city in the USA, this one is reliable and has a relatively large menu. The food hasn’t been anything to rave about but isn’t too bad, either.
Some of the staff are a bit odd appearing. Maybe it’s just me but it seems strange having a young tatted up emo-​appearing waitress serving octogenarians pancakes — maybe that’s a little taste of the local Sequim flavor that makes the place a little different from the Anywhere USA generic Ihop.

Went to IHOP for Sunday brunch. We were sat at a table right away and told the server that coffee would be fine for our drinks. After we placed our order we sat there with no silverware on the table to stir our coffee. We must have sat there for about half an hour without our food. When it was brought out to us It was very cold. I would have sent the food back but not worth the wait. I wouldn’t eat again at this restaurant, EVER!

It’s IHOP, so set your expectations accurately. The place looked newer on the outside but not as much so on the inside, but service was decent, food was decent. It’s convenient to get to off the highway, plenty of parking. Not a whole lot of other breakfast choices in that immediate area (near hotels), so it’s an A-​OK choice. Not horrible, not great.
